Jorge is just a GEM. Im not sure what levels of management you have but he should be at the top. Here's why, he is informative, honest, respectful, and always willing to help. Car seems to be getting oil leaks in different places. Repair took longer than anticipated, but provided me a loaner. Over all I am satisfied.
