Recently purchased a Honda Pilot from DCH, Their salesperson, Matthew Tuchman worked with us from start to finish. We found Matt to be very easy to work with and knowledgeable when it came to the car we were looking to buy. He was able to answer all our questions and stayed involved in the sales process until the very end. Spending as much as we all do today for a new car, you want a sales person who will listen to you and want to work with you, to make the process as smooth as possible. Haven't had such a smooth experience with a car dealership in a long time! We're over an hour away on Long Island and was concerned about getting a deal done out of state, but everything went smooth. Joe S. was our salesman and we also worked with Elena from the internet department, Ashish in finance and Tony who showed us the car before we left. Everything was worked out in advance, Joe came up with numbers, submitted the credit app via email and when everything was said and done, we scheduled an appointment to pick up the car and turn in our current Q7, which we leased from a local dealer. Arrived on Saturday and the process was super quick. We were in and out. We were in the market for a GMC earlier this year and this Audi and had contact with many dealerships. Other than one GMC dealer on Long Island (who unfortunate didn't have a vehicle that matched our options list) and this great experience with DCH, every dealer was a nightmare to work with. So glad that DCH had a vehicle in stock that matched what we wanted and that we were able to work with Joe. Despite the drive, everything was great and we'd definitely be willing to work with them again when this lease comes due.

Peter Wendell was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He has been at the dealership for several decades. He is knowledgeable, personable and does not act like the typical "car salesman". He was honest, efficient and extremely fair. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy an Audi! I cannot say enough good things about him and my overall experience at the dealership. I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. Ralph, my service advisor was a true professional through the entire process. They kept my car longer than I’d like, but it was well worth it. Kudos to Ralph and the technicians that worked on my car!
