Best dealership in town. There’s no other dealer in Illinois that compares to this one. I’m a passionate automobile enthusiast with no patience for xx and THIS dealer has NONE of that. I walked in and I was greeted softly and warmly by the front desk discussing the reason for my visit and understanding if I was browsing or looking for something specific. When I spoke about a specific vehicle I wanted I was referred to Tiffany the sales manager. She was as warm and welcoming as the front desk people were. Tiffany paid careful attention to what I wanted and what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured. I felt MY time and what I wanted is what mattered to her, which it did! She introduced me to her product specialist Roland ( With a cool Cowboy hat and a great sense of humor to accompany it). While Roland knew full well I wasn’t in the market to buy a car in the near future he still spent almost 2 hours with me discussing my options, my needs, and how to get those needs taken care of. By the end of my visit, Roland helped me place an order for the exact vehicle I want. Despite not making a sale that day, they invested those nearly 2 hours in MY NEEDS and they showed me how much MY time meant to them. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve never purchased a brand new car before in my life, and you know what? This is the place that’s going to happen and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Roland for explaining things so well and exploring everything down to the last detail to get me what I want and what I need. Bob Rohrmans Ford will be my first new car purchase and I’m confident it wont be my last. This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

Great car! Just wish I actually owned it and that the dealer would stop holding the title lien status hostage. Would be nice to be able to drive a car that is actually legal to drive.

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

The ride is excellent and gear shifting is unnoticeable. I appreciate all the safety features i.e. blind spot, adaptive cruise and air bags. Interior is beautiful. Ambient lighting is awesome!

October 15, 2022 I recently purchased a 2010 Cadillac DTS from NetMotors.com. I had never purchased a car online, sight unseen before. I talked to Mike P. and he told me had just inspected the car for 45 minutes and pointed out a few minor things that were wrong, but they were not deal breakers for me. Mike P. explained everything in detail and kept me informed as to how things were progressing with my wire transfer and delivery. We were pleased with the car when it was delivery date. Mike P. called after delivery to make sure we were satisfied. A key fob was not working and he suggested reprogramming following instructions in the manual and that worked. There were no floor mats and even though they were not pictured they shipped me a set from another car. Their customer service was excellent.

Robbie went the extra mile on my purchase appreciate the whole process, even though I needed an repair accomplish my vehicle I purchased they got it done right away and gave a loaner while it being repaired top notch guys !
