I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I looked at a Hummer EV here just out of curiosity. I wasn’t planning to buy, but they calmly showed everything, explained charging and daily use, and didn’t react negatively to just looking. It felt like they were genuinely fine with you coming to learn.

I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. My daughter and I came late one evening to buy a specific car. Maged (Max) was our sales rep at Bell Audi of Edison, NJ. The deal was sealed about 1 hour past closing time, but through all the time spent Max treated us well, with patience and even helped us unload our trade-in car! Weeks later, we ran into an issue with plates + registration. Time was of the essence, and Max helped us solve a thorny issue within hours. I've been haggling over car purchases for many decades, and I have always left the dealership with mixed feelings; until now. Max is a competent, trustworthy gentleman. I have 3 grown adult kids, and when any of them are ready to buy and trade-in, I will first look to Bell Audi of Edison, and to Max for a potential sale.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I have been a customer for the past 6 years with Paul Miller Audi of Parsippany. In this time I’ve had all my service needs for 3 different vehicles. My latest being my 2024 SQ8 that I purchased last year from them. My latest service needs which was a front head lamp replacement, a recall for the backup camera, and a rim repair. Ralph, my service advisor was a true professional through the entire process. They kept my car longer than I’d like, but it was well worth it.
