Used Audi Q7 45 Premium Plus for sale near Hanover Park, IL

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

They are so busy it sometimes takes a while to get an appt; but service techs provide good service. Dennis Narsson has ben my tech advisor for my last two visits; has explained the problems and kept me updated as to progress. I have been a service customer for ~8 years.

I worked with Rocky and had an amazing experience. This was my first car purchase from a dealership of any sort so I was very nervous, but he was incredibly kind and helpful and explained everything I had questions on. He was very thorough and I felt super satisfied when I walked off the lot with my car. Cannot thank him enough! I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Recently purchased a barely used 2025 Honda from City Werks. Their price for the vehicle I wamted at the time was one of the lowest in the country. Steve A was my contact there and made the sale as painless and as easy as possible. They honored their price and didn't xxxxxx around. It was a relief to buy a car that was what I wanted but wasn't hassled and had to play the dealership game.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

We’ve been buying BMW’s for 25 years at another dealer. BMW will be our new dealership for all our new cars. I had a test driving at Ideal Auto,The rear seat is not very comfortable but the trunk has a lot of room, which makes it suitable for long trips .

Although I didn't buy a high end exotic, I was treated like I was buying one. The 2007 XKR was wonderful and Jackson went above and beyond to answer all my questions, inquiries and upfront about everything with respect to the car. It was prepared beautifully and the transaction was as smooth as could be for an out of state buyer. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a specialty vehicle and hope to deal with them again in the future.
