Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!

Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I bought my car here in 2018 and have only come to this dealer for service since I bought the car. It?s easy to schedule the car for service. They are thorough in explaining what?s needed and what it would cost. I would definitely buy another car at this dealership.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Amazing experience. I'd recommend anyone looking for a car to try CarMax first... There's zero pressure, tons of beautiful vehicles, and just an all around great place. I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now. The service is top-notch. They always wash my car and vacuum it and Ross, the service advisor is always updating me when my car is in service. It’s hard for me to get rid of my Audi and have to go to another dealer because of their service.
