I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

My Q7 was certified pre-owned when I bought it. It is super comfortable, hugs the road and has a super smooth ride. Even though it is 8 years old, I still get compliments on it's appearance inside and out. I've got over 200,000 miles and it has never needed a major repair. Just regular maintenance and high quality premium gas.
