Never wasting time on the nuances that lots of other dealerships struggle to implement well. Furthermore, this dealership is extremely lucky to have Matt LaBrecque. It is obvious his work ethic, attentiveness, and service to the customer is everything I could ask for. Matt helped make the entire process painless and easy, especially being new to the area and a first time buyer, there were lots of concerns I had and was uneasy from the start but Matt was always thinking ahead and took care of so much. I cannot thank enough the financial team, the dealership, and Matt LeBrecque for giving me one of the best customer experiences I have ever had.

The whole team is the reason I go back to Audi Shrewsbury with my RS7. They are always very friendly and keep me in the loop on everything being done step by step! On my recent visit David and the master tech made sure my new winter tires were in the best alignment possible for tires I bought from a 3rd party. I was very grateful to have a loaner for a few days so I could still get to work without any inconvenience.

While many dealerships say they really care about making customers happy, Albrecht CDJR is a gold standard dealership for customer satisfaction. They agreed to fix a problem with my Durango that was not their fault because it was an OEM issue. Stellantis should have issued a recall on my radio but they haven't yet. Making me happy was more important to them than pointing fingers, and they fixed the issue at no charge. They are the type of dealership that you can trust because they play the long game, and they really do want customers for life. It's too bad that there aren't more dealerships like them.

We purchased a used Honda Pilot from Boch Honda. The sales staff was friendly and we were not pressured during the process. On the second day after the vehicle was delivered to us we had transmission trouble, the dashboard light was flashing with a check transmission warning light. We called the dealership and spoke with Bill about our issue with the vehicle. Boch Honda came to our house to pick up the vehicle, they replaced the bad transmission and a week later returned the repaired vehicle to our driveway. They gave us a one year warranty on the work, we couldn’t be happier with this dealership.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.
