I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. My daughter and I came late one evening to buy a specific car. Maged (Max) was our sales rep at Bell Audi of Edison, NJ. The deal was sealed about 1 hour past closing time, but through all the time spent Max treated us well, with patience and even helped us unload our trade-in car! Weeks later, we ran into an issue with plates + registration. Time was of the essence, and Max helped us solve a thorny issue within hours. I've been haggling over car purchases for many decades, and I have always left the dealership with mixed feelings; until now. Max is a competent, trustworthy gentleman. I have 3 grown adult kids, and when any of them are ready to buy and trade-in, I will first look to Bell Audi of Edison, and to Max for a potential sale.

Every car I lease every service is top notch with Audi Englewood the only complaint I have is they should make this dealership location should be bigger. Also to paid more attention when they service the Carwash they should dry the car better in and out. But the I am very satisfied with the service.
