I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Had a flat tire on our 2022 Jeep Cherokee, vehicle didn't have a spare tire or fix a flat. Mike at Ryan's front counter was super to work with and found that we had roadside assistance. Got me the phone number and had the vehicle towed to Buffalo. Mike also ordered the fix a flat that was suppose to be in the vehicle when purchased. Service repaired the tire in a timely manner. Was a wonderful experience!! Can’t say anything long term about the car, but it was the first time I had bought a car/gone to a dealership for myself. Trade in was SMOOTH! Got a good deal for my old buick and got a NICE upgrade to a 2023 subaru!! In love with it and all its features! Was greeted within minutes of walking into the dealership and was assisted immediately. Got to test drive in 10 min. This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

Today I picked my car up from the Lexus dealerships for routine major maintenance service. Nothing serious; routine fluid change...transmission fluid, transfer case, engine coolant, rear differential. And tire rotation. I have driven this car since April 2020. This is my third dealership visit; the past two were for oil changes. After this third major inspection, the 2011 Lexus LS 460L continues to check out as okay. All is well. Thank you Dan and Kim. Best vehicle I’ve ever owned. Drives and rides like a dream. Reliable, great engineering and with a huge cargo area for moving heavy items. Bose 10 speaker system is awesome! Bluetooth, hands free, etc etc etc! Can’t say enough good things about this vehicle!
