My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Norwell, and we love it! We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I went to Boch Nissan to look at a few cars and being leery about buying a new or used car because of my previous experiences, I expected to be treated the same. This was not the case. Everyone was very polite and friendly. They actually listened to my concerns and needs. Ian Swenson is the Sales Manager to first greet and assist me. I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.
