Used Audi Q7 for sale near Rossville, MD

I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. Highly recommend buying a vehicle here and ask for Chuka!! He goes above and beyond!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Serdar is hands-down one of the best salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. Professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He answered every question I had and went out of his way to make sure I understood everything before signing. What stood out the most was his honesty—something that’s rare in the car world. I am not in a position to appraise the actual repair because I am not a mechanic, but we have never had reason to complain about an Audi Hunt Valley repair in several decades so I assume it is correct. I can speak to working with the service staff and they were professional, personable, and ready to provide details as requested.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

So, I know better than to purchase a new vehicle when the manufacturer makes major modifications to an existing model but bought the newly revamped (at least its' electronics) Q5. Before 3000 miles, had significant issues with the MMI. Brought the vehicle to the local dealership and was informed that the software required a significant update.
