It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. Made our decision an easy one. Got the 2025 we love. Also, Neil in Finance was a pleasure, answered all my concerns and was patient. As a holder of more then a million dollars in cars, I can say this dealership deserves your business! Cheaper then ray catena by thousands and the nicest group of people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. My salesman Jason Skolnick and Barry the finance manager are incredible people to work with. The dealership is beyond clean and luxurious. There cars are super inspected and offer such great deals, they can't be matched. I am truly impressed by my experience here. It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I was purchasing a preowned certified RS five Cameron was incredibly knowledgeable, not pushy but as excited about the car as I was in a genuine fashion I would definitely buy my next car from Audi Eatontown. I say that given the fact that I’ve have four Audis.

Went to numerous dealerships to buy a car and everyone was lying and ripping me off… then I came across Central group inc. When I went in there, my mentality was… they are probably the same as the rest of the industry out there, but I WAS WRONG! They are the only dealership that I came across, through my car hunt, that was honest, reliable, and affordable ! Not only that, they even asked me if there was anything I felt or saw that needs to be fixed before I drove away with my 2017 Toyota Camry ! Couldn’t expect more! Don’t waste you’re time, make Central group your first pit stop, when buying a car !

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

My daughter and I came late one evening to buy a specific car. Maged (Max) was our sales rep at Bell Audi of Edison, NJ. The deal was sealed about 1 hour past closing time, but through all the time spent Max treated us well, with patience and even helped us unload our trade-in car! Weeks later, we ran into an issue with plates + registration. Time was of the essence, and Max helped us solve a thorny issue within hours. I've been haggling over car purchases for many decades, and I have always left the dealership with mixed feelings; until now. Max is a competent, trustworthy gentleman. I have 3 grown adult kids, and when any of them are ready to buy and trade-in, I will first look to Bell Audi of Edison, and to Max for a potential sale.

I have been Audi customer since last 12 years but since my last service in Sept- Oct 2023 the Audi started to ask for Engine oil every 1000 miles. The Service advisor suggested to top up the oil or issue might be with the Engine. We had to say goodbye to Audi and move to another brand. It was a good run with the Audi and wished it could have worked few more years without any issues. Hope to come back to Audi in the future.

This was my first experience with Ray Catena and a high line vehicle purchase. I was a little nervous, as I usually am with big purchases, but Alex was great. Even though my husband works in the car business, Alex took the time to go over every aspect of my car, as well as all of the paperwork. He followed up with me a few days after my purchase to see if I had any questions or if he could do anything else for me. Went today to this dealer. I saw Car that I like when I went there Car was sold but that’s OK. I understand it business. They show me other options. I take a look. I forgot the name of the sales person he was helping me, but he was one of the best salesperson. Then the manager come his name ALI He was the best manager I ever dealt in a dealers for 20 years. I probably switched 10 cars in seven years. I just went today just to take a look at the Audi q7. I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.
