This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I had a rough first experience at Mac Haik Chevrolet’s service department, but Brian Caldwell, the Service Director, completely turned things around. He personally followed up the same day I voiced my concerns, sent a mobile tech to my house to handle the software update, and later arranged for a porter to deliver a loaner and pick up my truck for a roof recall and additional service. They performed every repair as promised—on time—including the roof fix, oil change, tire rotation, and a minor interior issue. Brian kept great communication throughout, even with our busy schedules, and treated my time and situation with real respect. What started as a frustrating experience turned into one of the best service recoveries I’ve ever seen. Huge thanks to Brian, his team, and Mr. Mac Haik. This is how a dealership should be run.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

My service advsior Derrick did a great job. He was able to address all of my needs. Communicated and helped me very efficiently. Would recommend going to him again.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

The names from used cars: Dax, Ronald, and Mr. Lee! I don't have perfect credit, alot of money, or time but they made the experience great. Dax and Ronald got me a great car and Mr. Lee got my down payment and monthly payment lower than what I expected. They have patience and treat you like you're a plus customer. My 4th car from there. Always get treated like royalty. Remember I'm not wealthy. Best used sales team ever!!

After trying other "reputable dealerships" that added thousands of dollars to the cost of a used car at the end of the sale "to get it ready to sell" and then almost purchasing a non disclosed flood vehicle, we came back to CarMax! I had a test driving at Ideal Auto,The rear seat is not very comfortable but the trunk has a lot of room, which makes it suitable for long trips .

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

The ride is excellent and gear shifting is unnoticeable. I appreciate all the safety features i.e. blind spot, adaptive cruise and air bags. Interior is beautiful. Ambient lighting is awesome!

We recently went in to trade in our smaller car for a new one to upgrade on space and the service was absolutely phenomenal. Every question was answered to a T and we were in and out quite faster than I thought we would be as they were very willing to work with us on pricing and were very responsive and respectful. Ask for BRAD!! He’s not the traditional sales guy. We worked really well together. I requested to have a 3rd party inspection for my future Porsche with Garagisti and the Everest Team handled all the picking and dropping. I flew in from DFW and Brad arranged an Uber to pick me up. I had plenty of time with my Porsche with no rush from any Everest Team Member. Then the power went out. We waited patiently hoping it would come back. But it didn’t. Brad and the Everest Team attempted using their generators, iPads, Laptops but couldn't properly connect to their dealership server/ software. It just wasn’t working. Then finally one of the associates left to bring in their personal Ford Lightning which made all the difference. Within a few moments they were back online and keys were in my hand. I had a wonderful experience with my local Park Place dealerships here in DFW and now hold Everest Motors to the same standards. Top level service focused solely on their customers. The dedication and customer service at Everest Motors seem to truly set them apart. Overcoming obstacles like power outages with quick thinking and resourcefulness, the team demonstrates a commitment to ensuring a seamless experience. The personal touch of staying in contact post-purchase shows a level of care that goes beyond the sale, fostering trust and setting a high standard for customer satisfaction. Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.
