I brought my new 2025 RAV4 in with 650 miles on the Odometer Ian?s expressed a couple of concerns I had. The Service writer (John) wrote it up and within 3 hours (I left the car with them), they called me to pick it up. I had a few questions about their answers and John went and got the Technician to meet me out at the car to explain in detail. I was impressed with my first interview-action with this dealer.

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. Easy buying experience. They were very professional and the whole purchasing process was with one person.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Although I didn't buy a high end exotic, I was treated like I was buying one.
