I came from Colorado to Billings; MT seeking to retire and obtain my dream car. Jorge is just a GEM. Im not sure what levels of management you have but he should be at the top. Here's why, he is informative, honest, respectful, and always willing to help. He's been a light on some of the toughest days, and I appreciate his compassion with everyone that comes into Audi. His passion for what he does has spread to others. Please, highlight Jorge. He is an outstanding asset to your team. You should have a parade for him. There is also a guy with a red jacket that always comes to help as well.

I had the best car buying experience at Audi Plano. I worked with Sonja and she helped me from start to finish; it was truly a blessing that I was able to work with her. She listened, she followed up but was never pushy, she was my voice throughout the entire process. The whole process from the time I walked in the door until I drove off the lot in my new suv took 3 hrs.
