On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. Full disclosure I arrived late (6:30pm) to complete the purchase, my primary salesman had to leave before that and thus things were rushed. The purchased car was not an Audi and no one seemed to know and explain anything about it. The financing process was fast and smooth however I would have liked a bit more detailed paperwork copies besides the 3 page summary. I?m used to more documentation. Overall though my experience was very good.

Good working with them although negotiations took longer than Id like but overall we reached a fair deal and was very pleased to do business with them. Bought a 2025 loaner from Atlanta and had it shipped. Would have been a nice gesture iif they threw in a couple of hats or shirts with the car tho.

Service was swift and on point, although pricey. I was received immediately and left with 2 hours with a vehicle clean and in top shape. They even sent me a short video review of the work done.
