This was the third time that I have leased a car from this dealership and it is always a pleasure. This is the second time that I have dealt with Cameron Werner and he has always been a professional. Cameron took his time in explaining the workings of my new car in a very easy manner. I definitely would recommend him as a sales person

First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

Recently purchased a 2022 Silverado from Sunrise Chevrolet. Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

I purchased a used VW from Cliff. It's rare in this day and age to find a dealership where it doesn't feel like you're being hustled non stop. I was also shopping at Nissan of Springfield for a similar model. They pressured me and lied about other interested customers so I'd put down a deposit. The finance person refused to get on the phone with me without me submitting an application, and then ran my credit 8 times. Eatontown was a completely different experience. No pressure, super helpful and they even put the car up on a lift so I could have a good look underneath. Would highly recommend them. Contact Cliff if you want the white glove treatment.

They have some bugs to work out with the infotainment tech, but the car is spectacular in every other way!!! And out dealer was SPOT ON!

Dragon Orange is a beautiful color for someone who like to travel a different road than most. It is roomy, powerful and stylish. Interior and electronics are outstanding. This is my 5th Audi. They have all been great cars.

I been a customer from Audi Englewood since 2014. Every car I lease every service is top notch with Audi Englewood the only complaint I have is they should make this dealership location should be bigger. Also to paid more attention when they service the Carwash they should dry the car better in and out. But the I am very satisfied with the service.

Great experience with Joe Ibrahim! Easiest 5 stars I've given. I went in on the defensive and ready to face the "used car dealer" and I was immediately put as ease by Joe's demeanor and wanting to make you a happy customer. I came with family to look at a couple cars but not ready to make a decision...that was good with Joe. I came back to test drive and he insisted and extended test drive to include highway, again to make sure I was happy. I had a trade and already had offers and Joe and Zack stepped up and did me justice. The staff was excellent through all the paperwork; smiling, offering me coffee, tea, water...their kindness almost made me suspicious ha ha. I walked away yesterday with a car, a warranty (well priced) and repairs/prep that allows me to walk away confident in my purchase for my daughter. Two thumbs up for Joe and staff!
