I recently purchased a 2012 Audi A4 from Richmond Audi, through salesperson Ken Paciocco, and had an absolutely wonderful experience! I had wanted this car for months, but when the clutch in my previous vehicle went, the search became more pressing! What is necessary to understand is that I live in Connecticut. As I need to drive a manual transmission vehicle for a multitude of reasons, my search was fruitless in my area. I decided to open up my distance parameters, and I found this car! Ken was extremely responsive, genial, and honestly excited about the prospect of getting me in this car!! He bucked the "used car salesman" trope from the first conversation. After getting off that first call, I turned to my boyfriend and said, "I found my car!!" Ken made the process SO simple. From start to finish, it went smoothly. I really didn't think it would go off without a hitch, but it was great! We were picked up at the airport and driven to the dealership, which was awesome, considering our flight was 90 min late. Ken met us right away, and my car had a big red bow on it. What every girl dreams of, lol! The finance department was able to get me an amazing interest rate, which was 16% lower than I was going to get with that horrid vending machine company! I wish I could remember the finance gentleman's name, but I'm blanking! He also made the process very smooth. In summary, I am now an Audi convert for life. When I am in the market for a new one, there is absolutely no possibility that I would go anywhere other than Richmond Audi! Damien Brown was super helpful on the phone and even more so in person. This dealership has a huge inventory and he was very knowledgeable about all of the different cars available. There were no pushy sales tactics, and I never felt pressured. I would absolutely seek him out again if I were in the market to buy another vehicle.

I've been meaning to write a review of a purchase from last December but life took over! I purchased a 2015 Lexus with 24K miles. I had been looking for a low mileage Lexus as my vehicle was on its way out. Soon as I saw the ad on a Saturday morning, I sent an inquiry online and received a call back from Firas within 15 minutes. The vehicle was not quite ready to test drive as a part was needed but I was kept up to date from Firas as to the status. I was able to put down a $1k deposit and be approved for financing on line. I have a 10-year old with lots of energy so was nice to be able to complete documents at home. I'm an hour away from Monterey, so when the vehicle was ready, my sis drove us to the dealership, test drove and completed paper work in about two hours. I was then off and away with my super low mileage Lexus RX 350. Easy and quick process! Highly recommend Audi Monterey. My hubby and daughter love the vehicle...I just need to watch my speeding. My kiddo enjoyed the hot chocolate as well. :) Hope this helps anyone looking for a used vehicle. I'm sure they have a great process for new purchases as well!
