Donavan Rene was very accommodating! A little misunderstanding at first, but everything workout great in the end. He was very helpful from beginning to end.

First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

Satisfactory. All questions were answered. Salesman was nice and courteous. Jonny Harris took care of all our questions and needs. Although he did not agree to provide a golf bag which was on display, but he did good.

I ended up not purchasing a vehicle but from the first phone call with Rodrick King I was treated professionally and courteously. We discussed what I was looking for and how an out of state purchase would work. He communicated promptly and knowledgeably. What struck the me the most was at the end of our first call he stated, "Let me go to work for you". Not what I had been greeted by at other "'dealerships".

This car is the perfect vehicle for me. The fit and finish of the exterior and interior is perfect. The technology is amazing and makes it a joy to drive.

it was time for my annual check up and stop by to see my salesman, Brad Biondo, who had emailed me an assessment of my 2020 GLC. I was just there to say hi but I left with a 2026; Ha- that wasn’t the plan. I am so impressed with the upgrade in terms of performance and attributes. Brad is super knowledgeable, reliable, and has integrity. Overall it was a fair trade.

This is a car everyone should look at, it is the best car in it's class, nothing comes close. I also would highly recommend Crown Audi Clearwater. They made our experience smooth and easy. Go see Amy Sizemore she is a true professional.

My service advisor, Kevin Ramos was very professional his customer service was excellent. He has a very calming personality. Although I don?t drink coffee it?s nice that they provide it for their customers.

Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

They were very nice and helpful. The only issue I have is that they said they would email my paperwork to me and I have not received the email yet. Other than that they were wonderful.

The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

My appointment was with someone else, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I was approached by Sales Manager Michael Mullings who kindly offered to help. He connected with the person with whom I was scheduled to be sure it was ok. This was the first indication of his strength of character and professionalism. Michael was an absolute delight to work with. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, so he showed me all options and full explained the differences. We ended up searching the used car inventory and took one out for a test drive. He was kind, unassuming and very patient with me. He even worked late to help me, since I needed to purchase a car very quickly. The next day, we negotiated a price via phone and I was able to come in after work to complete the purchase. He had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go on my arrival. So I was only there for about 30-40 minutes. Then he and another salesman kindly helped me get my current and new car to my apartment complex which was only 5 minutes from the dealership. As a woman, I appreciated Michael treating me with respect and kindness, and most of all, like a serious buyer. I also am grateful for the speed at which he operated to help me get a wonderful deal and vehicle quickly. I have had this car only 2 weeks. It is as beautiful in person as it appeared online. (The car that I purchased had a different color than that of any of that model that I could find in any of the nearby dealerships so it was a bit of a leap of faith seeing it only online.) It rides really well. Since I did not buy it off the lot/had it come from the factory because of options I picked, and the color, I could not get a good deal on it, and it was more than I had originally intended on spending. Still, this model handles extremely well, looks its cost inside and out, and after test driving and extensive research of comparably priced cars among Audi, BMW, Infinity, Cadillac, Lincoln, Land Rover, etc, I still think this is the best of them. This site requires me to put in a rating for reliability but take note that I have owned this car only for two weeks.

I very recently bought a 2025 LYRIQ from the Sewell family. I have exclusively driven Acura’s (10ea) for the past 15 years but decided to take the plunge and go all electric. Acura didn’t have a good option, so I did my research and settled on the LYRIQ as the best option balancing design, reliability, and the features I wanted. I tried a dealership in the far North Houston area and while they were nice, they lacked follow up when I decided to make a purchase. I then tried Sewell and am so glad I did. I have to say it was the most hassle-free experience to buy a new car in nearly 50 years of experience. My salesperson was Cailee Thames, and she was fabulous. She answered all my questions, and I very quickly got what I think was an exceptionally fair price, based on my research. I never had to go through the traditional drill of “let me get the sales manager” who then wants to upsell. I dealt only with Cailee. Since I needed my wife to come back and make the final decision, I was prepared to pay a deposit to hold it, but Cailee said that’s not the way they do business. A handshake held the car for several days before we could get back. Everyone I came in contact with was very professional and focused on the customer. All the closing documents were done online and provided in print form. Of course, the car was flawless, inside and out. About a week after I got the car, I decided I wanted to get the Tesla charger adapter. I called the closer dealer, and they quoted me $400+ so I went back to Cailee who got it for me at $225, as we had discussed earlier. I live a long way from them and wanted it shipped to save the drive and expected I’d have to pay for shipping, but no, the parts department said they would take care of it, and it went out the same day. So, my bottom line is that the Sewell dealership does treat you like a “customer for life” from the beginning of the experience. I can highly recommend buying from Sewell, even if they are not the closest to you. And if you’re lucky enough to be assigned Cailee, you’ll be even happier .

Lots of leg room in the rear,but the driver seats seem compact in comparison to the Q7. I'm not petite and could really use a bit more seat room and make the console a bit smaller.
