With those hits no movement on price on an overpriced vehicle no surprise they reached out later offering a lower price. Too late closed on a much nicer specimen for less. One plus $200 dealer fees was excellent and fair.

A pleasant experience - 100% satisfied
Brickell is a class act. I talked to about 4 other dealerships around the country when shopping for my car. The other dealerships whined and moaned about making a 2nd key -shouldn't this be standard to have 2 keys for a car over 30k? So many other details were handled smoothly and seemed to simply be part of their solid sales policy at Brickell. One dealership offered to send a driver to the airport and told me 'just give him $50' , which was fine and part of buying a new car out of state. Brickell however said just take an Uber and we'll reimburse you. Not a lot of money but just a bunch of little things that added up to a very satisfied customer. Special thanks to Erick and German!! Another minor detail... love all the fresh flowers in the office and cool video screens and art. Employees all seemed very happy as well :)

The team at Auto Giant did not miss a beat. When I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in, they immediately sent a walk through video to show the current condition of the car. Upon arrival at the dealership I was promptly greeted at the door by our salesperson. Excellent service and quite reasonable with negotiations.
