Used Audi S4 for sale near Emerson, NJ under $150,000

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Love this car. Had it for 3 years now. I would recommend getting a after market intake and intercooler.. stock is was to small.. they put in a a4 intercooler to s4 which cause some issues if you live in a hot state like I do.

I was pleasantly surprised the manager didn’t try to upsell an expensive trim. Instead he said, “You don’t need that, don’t overpay.” Felt refreshing.

This car has met my needs related to performance in a sports sedan. The only downside I’ve experienced is when buying a new Audi, option upgrades are significantly overpriced compared to other cars in its class on the market.

I was so nervous about buying a used car but so happy I did! Shawn was awesome to work with, he was patient and took me through several options to make sure I got the car I wanted. I had 3 models in mind and ended up going with a BMW 5 series. LOVE IT!!!

I have owned two earlier versions of this model and two other models from Audi and I am blown away by this car’s newer levels of luxury, fit, and finish! The newer features and amenities are quite nice too! The virtual cockpit and massaging seats are amazing! I am still learning the vehicle so I’m sure some things are being left out!

With respect to drive comfort the car lacks what the audi a4 has personified, comfort. Although where it lacks in day to day comfort more than makes up for it in raw power. The acceleration, cornering, braking and total performace are unmatched in comparison from A4 to S3. With respect to price wise, the cpo price was unbeatable for a sports car. All in all i absolutely love the car and would have made the switch 10 out of 10 times.

This sleeper is a very exciting car to drive. with 4 wheel torque vectoring and a supercharged engine she drives like a Porsche or BMW M for a lot less money ( and tickets)

I've owned a previous (2013) s4, a 2016 A6, Infiniti red sport, Bmw 340xi (2017) and currently own a 2020 BMW M340i. Only the BMW M340i beats the new S4. A bit quicker and better throttle response with a better sounding exhaust. still the S4 is not as stiff and fun to drive. I added the resonator kit a week after buying to beef up the exhaust sound

I’ve had my 2012 S4 since 2015. It has been very reliable except the rear main seal is leaking. I put a stage 1 tune on it which made it a bit quicker. I am going to miss my S4!

Honestly I got unlucky with mine. It’s a fabulous car in that the performance, comfort and design are amazing for the price but don’t buy one with more than 50k miles. Mine has 74k miles now and I’m staring to have all sorts of problems. Nothing engine related but stuff like sensors no longer functioning properly coolant leakage problems and the little cherry on top was my dsg failing. $5,500 for a new mechatronics unit and now I still have to replace or rebuild my trans. Another $4000 at least. Somehow when researching this car I didn’t realize how it isn’t too uncommon for this cars dsg to just completely fail around 70k-100k miles. Some people’s have even failed before reaching 50k miles. So make sure your trans is in good condition before buying one of these used. Or make sure you have some sort of an extended warranty!
