He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. My girl was amazing Lisa I had no idea what I was doing I was just tired Nurse, who just came off of a five days straight 12 1/2 hours shift and she helped me through step-by-step by step and she helped me with everything I needed thank her so much for me. She was amazing.

i buy 3 week ago.this car fast.but 18/28 miles/gallons .so so with supercharged engine.i think if next moldes more bigger is better!

Delivery was not as promised postpone timing 4 times now waiting for the Liscense plate paid in full has not received any receipt nor paperwork? Leakage of Antifreeze no washer fluid oil needed to be changed waiting for PA Liscense plate to obtain state inspection….

Great experience with Joe Ibrahim! Easiest 5 stars I've given. I went in on the defensive and ready to face the "used car dealer" and I was immediately put as ease by Joe's demeanor and wanting to make you a happy customer. I came with family to look at a couple cars but not ready to make a decision...that was good with Joe. I came back to test drive and he insisted and extended test drive to include highway, again to make sure I was happy. I had a trade and already had offers and Joe and Zack stepped up and did me justice. The staff was excellent through all the paperwork; smiling, offering me coffee, tea, water...their kindness almost made me suspicious ha ha. I walked away yesterday with a car, a warranty (well priced) and repairs/prep that allows me to walk away confident in my purchase for my daughter. Two thumbs up for Joe and staff!

Great balance of comfort and performance. Much more versatile than my prior RS3. Has been reliable, is powerful and comfortable. Also has great tech and sound.

This car does it all. It’s perfect for the weekend, the daily ,the snow, the rain and it’s pleasure to get in every day. Will probably own this one for the long haul.

This car is amazing. Moonlight blue, prestige package with carbon inlays, 14 speaker b&o stero, 19? triple-5 spoke wheels, dynamic damping, rear sport differential, and white on black Napa leather for the racaro seats. Car hits 140mph in no time and can hold a 90 degree turn at 60 no problem. Best part is, or what some also hate, the car is a sleeper-classy as xxxx-rides very nice around town, soo nice some ppl don?t like it. Car ceiling is soo high I think ppl can?t help but wonder what if?? My car is CPO for 2.5 yrs and 88k more miles. Then I?ll chip it if I really need to know what if?? It?s amazing what a complete package the car is...style/handling/power/torque & comfort. If I want 500 ponys and ft-lb at the push of a button I?ll throw $2k dollars at it in 3 years. (I gave the car 4 stars on reliability bc I?ve only been driving it for 1k miles). I believe this is the best car under $100k. I looked for 6 months before I got the CPO 6 speed manual that they discontinued. Buy it!

My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

June 2020. Owned the car for almost three years now. Bought my S4 2012 at about 80k from Lauzon Audi in Laval and they gave me an amazing service so far. Now around 112K and this car is amazing in general. Very solid and great sense of security. I find the car very comfortable and so far very reliable. The S4 seats offer great lateral support and i find them very comfortable. (6f / 155lbs). I love the quick boost you get from the supercharger combined with this V6. Mine has a DSG/ Automatic transmission and it feels appropriate for this kind of power. Not a fan of automatic trans but very cool when combined with this power plant. It’s a bit nose heavy and has significant understeer when cornering. It’s feels like a heavy car due to many factors including engine placement and Quattro transmission. The version equipped with the sport differential can potentially help in corners if you are looking for more performance in these situations. Will help turn the car. It bought it tuned with a stage 1+ and it delivers about 400hp+ and around 375 lbs of torque. The manufacturer will not cover the extended warranty that would usually apply on non modified S4 but it’s a trade off that I was willing to make when I bought it! Only using 94 Octane as requested after this tune/ ECU flash. Things to watch: The defroster/vent in the front is very narrow and ice builds up easily when the car is exposed to freezing rain especially when driving on the highway. The heater is not very hot and the A/C is not very cold. Maybe maintenance is needed on the A/C after 9 years of existence. This V6 engine has carbon build up and could potentially need an extensive clean up. I did not get this problem yet but I know they exist. Many videos on YouTube. One of the extended warranty issued by Audi is the secondary air flow carbon build up. An oxygen sensor that needs to be cleaned by Audi. (Code P0411) If the one you are buying is tuned, this 1000$+ operation is not covered by the Audi’s extended warranty. Nothing major but your engine light will pop. Mine comes on and comes off by itself Watch for paint falling off around lower part front fenders towards the door hinges. The B8 and B8.5 do not have plastic trims to protect the narrow portion of the fender parallel to the tire. I have found at Audi a part that fitted and was installed with 2 self taping screws “custom” to protect the fresh paint. I was using S5 alloy wheels one winter and it really didn’t help since the bore center of these wheel are not the same as S4 wheels, extruding the wheels a little further towards the edge of the fender. My brakes (even if new and installed OEM rotors and pads) always felt a bit too weak for me. I owned a few VW GTI and the brake feeling is quite the opposite. DSG Transmission oil change is not cheap and needs to be done every 60K... Other than that no problem so far. The car is solid, it launches like a rocket on pavement or in the snow. I’m no expert but I have learned a few things about the Audi S4 B8.5 since I bought it! I’m satisfied with the car in general and I’m willing to invest the money to keep this car maintained properly. I believe that it’s a commitment that S4 owners have to make in order to be happy with the cost related to driving such a car. If you find a clean one that has been loved and that you are willing to invest and get a lot of comfort and performance in return, you will be happy.

This car has met my needs related to performance in a sports sedan. The only downside I’ve experienced is when buying a new Audi, option upgrades are significantly overpriced compared to other cars in its class on the market.

This sleeper is a very exciting car to drive. with 4 wheel torque vectoring and a supercharged engine she drives like a Porsche or BMW M for a lot less money ( and tickets)

Great experience took the ferry over from CT the dealership was about 30 min from ferry my sales rep Mercy was amazing! Most all of the paperwork was taken care of b4 I got there. Everything went smooth & was back on the ferry in my new ride ( audi S8) in a few hrs. Highly recommend Lemans and their exceptional staff to score your next vehicle. I have owned two earlier versions of this model and two other models from Audi and I am blown away by this car’s newer levels of luxury, fit, and finish! The newer features and amenities are quite nice too! The virtual cockpit and massaging seats are amazing! I am still learning the vehicle so I’m sure some things are being left out!

I've owned a previous (2013) s4, a 2016 A6, Infiniti red sport, Bmw 340xi (2017) and currently own a 2020 BMW M340i. Only the BMW M340i beats the new S4. A bit quicker and better throttle response with a better sounding exhaust. still the S4 is not as stiff and fun to drive. I added the resonator kit a week after buying to beef up the exhaust sound

Replacing my A4, 8.5 years ago, I love the increase of power. Although somewhat stiff, I leave the chassis setting in Dynamic unless the Michigan roads become unbearable in the Spring. And, switching to winter tires when the snow hits allows spirited driving even during the winter. Best car I've owned.
