Chris Calltharp did an excellent job finding us the perfect luxury suv, a QX 60. We visited many other dealerships to look at an explorer, pathfinder, blazer, rx350, Range Rover, Toyota and some used suvs at Carmax. Sales staff were very professional and easy to deal with. Sales process was smooth. Good inventory. Not crazy about the fact that I have to pay $200 for a front license plate bracket.

The TLDR is that they are reliable, responsive and responsible. The longer story is that I'm in Texas so there were some concerns and potential challenges in navigating this process. We were able to FaceTime to do a walk through of the vehicle. The paperwork I needed to sign showed up at my house Monday morning. I sent it back the same morning. It's hard to believe I started the process on a Friday and I actually had the vehicle in my possession exactly 1 week later. We had 1 potential problem as the vehicle showed up with some minor damage. When I brought it to their attention, they didn't hesitate to cover the cost. You learn more about the character of a business when you encounter a problem and they showed that they care about their reputation and they care about the satisfaction of their customers. I'm very pleased with Platinum Autohaus and I'm really enjoying my car!

While I understand the dealer service center can be more expensive, it’s worth it because of the care, professionalism, and dedication I have experienced each and every single time I have brought my Jeep here. The sales process was smooth. The salesman Jeff was helpful. No pressure environment. However the finance guy Shawn was eager to sell extended warranty and made a buy one. Which he mentioned i can cancel later. We will see! But also the warranty may worth it
