I purchased a 2019 RS3 from Audi Albuquerque from CJ. I worked with several other Audi dealerships. About 6. Only one other dealership (Ft Worth) was as professional and flexible. With that being said, since I bought the car from ABQ, I can only speak on what happened during the sale from them. My trade in was VERY fair. They didnt even TRY to screw me over. It was reasonable and fair. Would I have liked a tad more on my trade? Of course, but the price flexibility they gave me on the new car more than made up for it. They were within approx $500 of everyone else on my trade anyway. Can't complain there! There were zero games. No tricks. No frills. No surprises, and I had to drive 4 hours from El Paso to get there. How many dealerships would have pulled the okie doke on you after driving all that way, knowing that you dont wanna turn around over $1000 or something? Happens all the time. They weren't pushy either. I didnt buy any upgraded warranty, audi care, gap, anything from them (or get my loan through them, which is another area they really try to push for obvious reasons) and do you think they pushed me? No. Do you think they treated me any less? No. They treated me all the same, despite making less money. Which is obviously important to them. They earned a customer for life. Is not taking care of your customers more important than making a few extra dollars? Not to everyone. But with them, it was obvious and apparent that customer satisfaction, fairness, and straightforwardness is important. Would give 10 stars if I could.

All went extremly well. No issues. Tanner is the best! I am a repeat customer. Why do I need twenty five words ?This is a bother.

A beautiful, well presented dealership in a nice location. Our sales representative was Philip P. , who was very personable and professional. We needed to purchase due to a vehicle accident that totaled our previous Mercedes Benz-an unplanned, stressful situation. He was a patient and easygoing guide for us during our purchase, which made the process much more comfortable and even enjoyable. The entire experience at this dealership for my wife and I is exactly how one would expect for a Mercedes Benz dealership. I will also note that we previously visited several other dealerships, both Mercedes-Benz and others. We travelled over an hour to visit Euromotorcars Devon. I will say that it is no secret that the quality of service can certainly affect the sometimes stressful experience of purchasing a vehicle. Dan Langley puts the experience in Experience Manager. Enjoyed my Lexus for a long time and when it came for something new I immediately fell in love with a Porsche listed at Towbin. I put in a request for info online and was contacted quickly via text by Dan (appreciated text via the random call that always happens while you’re busy.) After learning this would be my first performance sports car purchase, he made it clear he was willing to be a resource for me - even if I didn’t end up buying from him. Very kind but also brilliant long-game move. ;) Dan had the car ready and waiting when I got there and was patient through my looooong test drive and all the questions I had. This was a big purchase for me and I’ll admit I am pretty critical and a bit distrustful of car sales people so I’m probably not the easiest customer. Dan didn’t take anything personally and, dare I say, was perhaps even empathetic. The lack of a DME (rev) report was a big sticking point for me since over revs on a manual Porsche can equal trouble down the road. Knowing this report can only be completed with special equipment, Dan took it down to Trophy Performance, a trusted Porsche specialist, and had the report completed for me the next day which I really appreciated. This car was probably the most inexpensive one on the lot but I never felt rushed; Dan was patient, professional and willing to share his knowledge and experience with me from start to finish, even helping me get my bluetooth synced up after the purchase was made and helping with aftermarket questions. He also kindly gifted me a nice Ferrari book before I drove off (I had shared how much of a sports car aficionado my dad is) and put my 16 year old step daughter and I behind the wheel of some pretty fancy cars just for fun as we waited to wrap up the sale. I came in with my own financing, but Troy helped us wrap up paperwork and was very personable as well, chatting through the tediousness that can come with all those final signatures. All in all- what I’m saying here is - just ask for Dan. He’s great at what he does but also seems like decent human being which does count for something when you’re making a big purchase.
