It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. Made our decision an easy one. Got the 2025 we love. Also, Neil in Finance was a pleasure, answered all my concerns and was patient. We live in Jersey but made the drive out to Biener Audi because they have the best prices, selection, and reputation. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. I usually don’t write reviews, but this place deserves it. The manager Joshua was polite, answered all my “stupid” questions, nobody rushed me, and the car is solid. If you’re comparing options, stop by - maybe you’ll find what you need.

I had a fantastic experience at Audi Great Neck, thanks to Kit! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. The only problem I had was selecting the car I wanted because the dealership has a huge and possibly the best selection of pre-owned vehicles, and Kit went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. At the end of the purchase, I got to meet Ali, one of the directors at the dealership. We had an excellent experience at Meadowlands Audi purchasing a car. Brian, our salesman, was wonderful. He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. The trade-in was very fair and the negotiation was very smooth and pleasant. We never felt pressured and Brian was able to keep us on track. He was also very personable and friendly. If you are in the market for an Audi, Meadowlands Audi is the place to go and Brain is your guy.

They always do the right thing. It’s a bit expensive, but it’s worth it.

We brought our 2019 Audi A4 Quattro in for service by appointment, for a 50k mileage service. Our Service Advisor was Kristina Sinjari, who is a real Pro. Great customer relations and car savvy! We chose to wait for the vehicle, and the service was completed within an hour. We did not give a “5 STAR” rating because of the following: The service technician sent a very brief video, confirming the oil change and that the car was fine. Considering there were some “yellow” grades, we would have preferred more detail for those areas. Also, while the cost for the 50K service was reasonable, the cost for a 3rd key for our vehicle was prohibitive, significantly more than the 50k service. JWA
