I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Overall, I had a good experience at Audi of Des Moines. I would consider buying a vehicle from them in the future!

Jason helped me get in a new car in a timely manner made sure I understood everything throughout the whole process, treated me like his family and even took the extra mile to make sure not only was I able to get a car but keep payments and everything in my price range! Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for.
