Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

Before purchasing this car we test drove every SUV we could find 3 Land Rovers, 2 Jags, 2 Mercedes, 2 Volvos, the Q3, Q5, Porsche Macan, Infiniti, Lexus, Tesla, and one or two others I am missing. My wife is not a car person but she was adamant she wanted the SQ5. It is phenomenal how this car can go from extremely comfortable, to Visceral and Exciting by simply putting it Dynamic and Sport Manual. Our friends find the acceleration surprising and they are shocked by the growl and exhaust burble when you manually downshift through the gears. The Nappa leather seats are incredibly comfortable, the normal ride is on par with some of the best luxury sedans around. It is a pretty heavy car but that only becomes apparent during aggressive driving through the twisting curves. It has a very strong tendency to understeer. Power and acceleration are excellent and it cruises at or above freeway speeds effortlessly. The entertainment system is my only complaint because it has too many levels there sis not a simple intuitive flow to select the things you want easily and sometimes it gets confused which phone to connect when we get in with two paired phones. Our lease is up and we are looking at a 2021 with the new styling and interior updates. the touch screen update to the entertainment system are hopefully much more intuitive.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!
