This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Everyone was nice and the place was extremely busy. We worked with Nick who was working with 2 sets of customers at the same time, he did a pretty good job of handling both. We test drove a truck and tried to work a deal, but it just did not get down into our price range.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I absolutely love this car! It has all the bells and whistles of a luxury sports car. The front seat massagers are the best! It is such a smart car and does everything for you. The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Great communication and friendly people. Although the buying process was a little sketchy. If you DON'T FINANCE through them, there's a $1500 fee. In my instance, when I looked at the car the price was $X, when I went to purchase the car, it was $3000 higher (10 days after the initial inspection)...Look and BUY BEFORE the end of the month...(I looked on the 28th and bought on the 10th of the next month). They DID NOT honor the original price, and I showed them a screenshot of the price change. Financing was easy and the manager was very friendly and honest. He just couldn't adjust the price but offered deals on other packages (maintenance and service). Ultimately, I didn't mind paying the extra 3K because I asked and they agreed to replace all 4 brakes (about $6K) so if the car didn't need that I think the manager would have budged...or I would have waited for the end of the month again and possibly miss out on the car. Again, both managers and the salesperson were very helpful with great communication and I would buy from them again. I would just insist on the price or walk away.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Having now over 202,000 miles I can say this is a great car to own and drive. Friends never believe the mileage that is on the car because it rides and drives so amazing. The interior quality of materials and fitment are also exceptional and have held up perfectly over the years. These cars do require maintenance but if properly taken care of they will last a long time and be very reliable!

Everyone has been very conscientious and courteous checking back with me to determine what I want and if I was aware of the age of the vehicle. They also informed me that their service department wanted to work on some issues with the car and that they would let me know what they did and what work they believe still needs to be completed.

In terms of options and luxury, the Germans thought of EVERYTHING! I can't say enough great things about the vehicle. I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.
