6/19/23 - I found the exact car I was looking for on cars.com, and purchased a RAV4 at Jim Coleman Toyota in Bethesda. Everyone at the dealership was professional, no pressure, and respectful. Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

This car is perfect for our needs. It is reliable and extremely road worthy. It performs very well off road. It is also great on the highway.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Silver Spring is the de-facto Porsche dealer for both sales and service in the Mid-Atlantic. I just found out they were named the #1 Premier dealership in the area and my experience reflects it. They're honest, thorough, fair, and stand behind their work. It's no surprise that people in the DC area drive past other Porsche dealers to come to Silver Spring. Linda and her service team earn customers for life which is evident when you meet other customers there that have been with Silver Spring for well over a decade. Birds of a feather clearly flock together here. 2 Cayennes and 2 (soon to be 3) 911's later, this is ONLY dealership I'll ever let touch my cars.

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

My service experience was overall good, but with some delays. There was also some confusion on the service team?s end regarding my warranty, but they were able to figure it out.

This car is a very functional screaming fast , nimble performer. It has plenty of room (considering its sports car size) and great visibility . The interior is a high end masterpiece with easy to use features and tech. Driving it brings a smile to my face whether I am off running errands or for a spirited drive on country roads. I have other cars but always chose the TT RS unless i Truely need lots of space Get one while you can!

Vehicle was just as described on website. Dealer provided Carfax and service records. Antwerpen had acquired the vehicle as a trade-in, given it a full inspection, and done necessary maintenance. The experience was very low-stress. Erick is honest, but tough - be sure to do your research if you're hoping to negotiate!

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!
