Audi stayed true to its design and esthetics when it come to an electric vehicle. The car is very comfortable and totally feels like an Audi when driving. I especially like the interior and how unlike other ev there is not a giant tablet in the center of the car. I purchased the vehicle with all available options and have not regretted. The cabin is very quiet and isolates the road noise. The BO audio system is crystal clear. I typically drive locally so the range is sufficient for my weekly commute. Charging with level 2 at home is very easy and utilizing a fast charger out and about is typically 20mins. The car has plenty of power when you need it and all the smart functions such as lane assist and collision detection are very helpful. I would recommend the etron to anyone looking for an ev with luxury comfort and performance.

I got a flat tire Sunday night. I called the service center and the automated system was able to get me in the next morning. They had my tires in stock and my dealer sold warranty covered the tire replacements that I needed. Got it all done in a couple hours.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

Over one year owning this car and I'm still as smitten with it as on day 1. This car is still the best all-around SUV on the market right now, in my opinion. I hope to see the PHEV tradeoffs deliver more range in the future. Mine gets plugged in daily. For me it's getting about 30 ev / 330 total miles per refueling. I'm looking forward to the bigger Audi models getting the same system with larger range figures.

A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. This car is a bargain.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Took my car to Ziegler Maseratti in Schaumburg multiple times! They had my car for a total of two months! Same problem persisted even though I told them what to look at! Took it to Glenview ONCE ...they had it properly diagnosed the next day! Parts took forever but that's the european exotics experience lol. Gary in service is awesome to work with! Would HIGHLY recommend you stay away from Ziegler Masi and would HIGHLY recommend you use Glenview!
