I truthfully cannot say I've ever had a better car buying experience than I just had with Salerno Duane Ford. Inventory was scarce everywhere so I placed a custom order for my 2022 F-150 King Ranch with Steven S who was a complete rock star. I can admittedly be a pest with these things, I was super excited to get my truck and bugged him for updates and Steven made sure to always respond quickly and truthfully, get changes made when needed. But the thing I'm most grateful for is 100% honesty. We went through the order and figures months ago, including a ballpark value on my trade and when it came to delivery everything communicated remained 100% true...actually worked out to be a couple bucks cheaper per month! Ordering was smooth, negotiations were smooth, finance was smooth, delivery was smooth. Long story short, I was dreading buying a new car again after several terrible prior experiences and even more so buying during a market like this, that's clearly a seller's market, but Steven and Salerno Duane earned a customer for life through their honesty. We can't thank you enough and I absolutely love my new truck!

This car is the perfect vehicle for me. The fit and finish of the exterior and interior is perfect. The technology is amazing and makes it a joy to drive.

He advised me what would take place, asked for my info, then asked if there was anything further he could do on this visit. He gave me a time frame for the work to be done, and was spot on. This was the easiest service visit to date. Would take it back for any future service.

The contact service rep was excellent. The accomodation schedule was immediate. The facilty waiting area was large, clean, and very accomodating. The only thing is I did not think the extra 2.85% interest on credit card use was fair. Otherwise, loved the service and thanks for the new set of keys and awesome Chevy hat!!!

He really knew the product and could explain the differences between the Q3 and the Q5 as well as new versus pre owned. He showed us several cars and really understood what we were looking for. The trade-in was very fair and the negotiation was very smooth and pleasant. We never felt pressured and Brian was able to keep us on track. He was also very personable and friendly. Nissan Raceway of Freehold ... I've been a customer of Raceway Nissan of Freehold since 2013 & now have my 3rd Sentra. Am I happy with both sales & service ... well I think you know the answer; but let me reiterate ... Being an A-Type personality (oh my gosh) ... yes I do like some order in my life. Since 2013 I've seen quite a number of changes in Raceway's management / rules / regulations. The service department specializes in giving their clients good news & bad news ... LOL, however, has been fair in keeping their clients SAFE on the road. My current service was a "shock" (again LOL) when I actually had to replace my rear shocks ... the staff Anthony / Kate / Chris / mechanics / & car washers ... made the rear shocks replacement along with (what I initially went in for (oil change & tire rotation) another great experience with their Service ... Don't forget to sign-up for their REWARDS Program ... to save on any upcoming expenses ... You actually get 3% rewards $ for the repair invoice expense ... Enjoy the 2025 summer!

My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.

My wife hesitated between buying here or from a private seller, but after visiting she felt calm - everything honest, transparent, no tricks.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I been a customer from Audi Englewood since 2014. Every car I lease every service is top notch with Audi Englewood the only complaint I have is they should make this dealership location should be bigger. Also to paid more attention when they service the Carwash they should dry the car better in and out. But the I am very satisfied with the service.

I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.
