I recently brought my Audi to Audi Brookline to address an issue with my steering wheel, and I had a fantastic experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Jorge Lopes, the mechanic who worked on my car, did an excellent job diagnosing and repairing the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure to keep me informed about the progress of the repair. It's clear he takes pride in his work and is highly skilled. Luis, the service advisor, was incredibly helpful as well. He made the whole process seamless, keeping me updated on the status of the repair and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. His customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated how easy he made the whole experience. Overall, I’m very pleased with the service I received and the quality of the repair. Audi Brookline exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to bring my car back for any future needs. Highly recommend it!

Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

This is my second Audi, and I'm sure to have a 3rd. Car drives wonderfully, it's comfortable and a pleasure to be in. Not one maintenance issue in over 4 years driving it.

I purchased a 2008 honda crv67,000 miles. I thought maybe I had no chance to get into this Honda because of bad credit. But they assured me if this is the car I want they would make it happen and sure enough it did. The next day I was in my car and very happy. They were understanding, caring, helpful. After test driving an RS7 in the DFW area, I knew I had to have one! I've been an Audi enthusiast for years, worked my way from an A4, to an SQ5, and now the RS7 (next R8 Spyder). Audi's are timeless in style and this one is no different. The RS7 is one of the fastest sedans out there and it's sure to bring a smile to your face when you floor it. The Performance Package ($20k+ base) might not be worth it for some, but the carbon fiber exterior and interior are amazing and slight performance upgrades are good. I highly recommend the car if you're looking for a fun, sleek, performance (I plan on tracking it), and family car. It's all in one! Love it.

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.

I’ve been going to Audi of Natick for three years now. The service is top-notch. They always wash my car and vacuum it and Ross, the service advisor is always updating me when my car is in service. It’s hard for me to get rid of my Audi and have to go to another dealer because of their service.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Jae is a professional representative. He truly cares about his customers. He was upfront about the service requirements and price.The waiting room and facilities are nice as well.

Purchased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler. It was time to get a newer car with test driving of my top 3 cars I was able to pick the right one!
