It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today. Made our decision an easy one. Got the 2025 we love. Also, Neil in Finance was a pleasure, answered all my concerns and was patient. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Dave was excellent he was professional and helpful with my status ! I will send friends to him,not only did he become a friend he cared about everything price ,down payment ,monthly payment etc! This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Kristina Melendy was our finance consultant. She was unbelievable. She listened to what our needs were. She asked a lot of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. The dealership was very busy. However, I never felt rushed. Both of your employees took the time to help us in any way they can. Many dealerships can learn a lesson from both of these outstanding human beings. Kristina talked about how much she loves working at BMW and how honored she feels to work in such a positive environment. Gregor talked about all the training and support he gets from an unbelievable company. I have worked at Gap Inc and was the director of stores for 11 years. I understand customer service at its core. You are a very lucky company to have employees like both of these. You also have a customer for life with this wonderful adventure. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Short Story: These guys are the real deal and exemplify what used car dealerships should be. Long Story: Myself (fellow salesman 7+ years) and my father (mechanic 30 years) are probably the most difficult customers to deal with when it comes to buying cars. Kevin and Dan "put up with us" :) and aided us throughout the entire buying process, as I was buying out of state and had been burned by used car dealers before. Yes, every dealer has some sort of "fees" (certification/documentation), but BOTH were lower than the local BMW dealership as I have both quotes in front of me as I am writing this. (In reference to the few negative reviews): If you cannot figure out that "$2,000 down" or "$2,000 trade-in" will show you a different sales price than the bottom line of the vehicle, y'all need to do more homework. If you have any questions JUST ASK, they are beyond honest and I look forward to purchasing from them again. Their honesty made me feel secure and confident in my purchase. - C
