My experience at Chenoweth Ford could not have been any better thanks to Sales Consultant,Jeff Anglin.After making arrangements to travel 130 miles to look at a 2023 Dodge Challenger I purchased the car. Jeff handled everything very professionally, and the price of the car was thousands under blue book value, and low mileage. Excellent handling vehicle, very comfortable providing more room than A4. Car has extreme control and brakes on a dime. Definitely would recommend on the open road with music turned up.

Wonderful experience with this dealership, Tyler and Jake helped put together a deal that was much better than the offers we received in Pittsburgh. While we had to drive 1.5 hours to Morgantown from Pittsburgh, it was well worth the service and price. Tyler helped organize the deal how we needed it, put together documentation, and answered our questions all before we ever went in person. We spent a lot of time on the phone and texting to get everything sorted out and they even found the exact Crosstrek, trim, option package, and color we wanted and brought it to the lot just for us. Subaru offered a great financing deal on a new vehicle which helped us move from a used car to new car, but zero pressure from the dealer to do this. We never felt pressure and never pushed to take their existing inventory, compromise, or up-sold. Distinctly different environment than other dealerships that I've visited, the Subaru team here are truly working to get people the best vehicle for them at the best price possible and they seem like a big family. Mike, the service manager, went above and beyond in taking care of all of my needed repairs. I very much appreciated Mike arranging for someone to pick up and deliver my car, because I have nobody to drive me to Star. He also had my car washed and detailed! This kind of service is exceptional!

Mike and Mike were both wonderful this week trying to correct the infotainment issue with our new GTI. We feel confident when the replacement part is available it will be good as new.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Great dependable service. Timely manner between appointment time and actual service. Was properly explained everything.

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .
