Put it in comfort mode it is like a luxury cruiser, put it in sport it turns into a beast. Even with enthusiastic driving the gas milage is good.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

From the first phone call to the end of the sale, we experienced outstanding service! My 203,000 mile Hyundai Santa Fe blew a head gasket late Thursday. I got online and found a 2011 Rav4 with 58,000 that they were advertising at what I considered an excellent price. Called them from home at 9am and had a good talk with Philip(the CEO of the company). Got call back regarding the car in about 30 minutes later from Jordan. Limped my Santa Fe over to Walpole with my daughter and wife in a second vehicle. .just in case. Jordan met me in lot with the Rav4 running for a test drive and first thing he mentioned is that it needs a brake job that they will do. . .can leave car or come back with it early next week. Drove family alone in car to verify roadworthiness. Phillip stepped in and knocked another $500 off the already settled cash price while we were talking in their very small office space. They keep the space small to keep overhead prices down. I watched them interact with each other for about 45 minutes. They are basically Christian businessmen who are trying to make a living and give others a positive experience. I felt blessed by being there and drove off with a very nice Rav4 at a great price. All paperwork, including registration and new title in hand and they gave me a few hundred for the trashed Santa Fe(Fair). . . I drove to my insurance agent..paid my sales tax, then got it inspected. 6hrs and 45 minutes from first seeing the Rav to owning it and all paperwork done. I drove to my mechanic later that night. He checked out the car and kept saying I got a great deal and the Rav is in great shape for a 2011. My experience. Mark in Braintree, MA

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Audi needs to do something about center console storage and arm rest it is very poorly design and the glove compartments and other cup holder are not commensurate with theamout of design that went into this car

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.
