I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

We went in to look at a car we saw online. We were greeted immediately by a gentleman named Arash. He showed us the car but we saw another one we liked better. After a little paperwork we took it for a test drive and liked it. Arash took the time to explain the process as we went through it and in short order we drove off with our new to us car. It took about 1 hours to get what we needed. It didn't seem like a long time. Easiest car buying experience ever.

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Larry Yu was very professional from the time we test drove the VW ID4 until we took delivery on Jul 9, 2022. I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I went into the dealership on a whim as I was not privy to the level of vehicle Volvo had been producing. Rafik, was extremely professional, patient and the ideal sales member. Rafik greeted me warmly and without pressure showed me the advantages of getting a Volvo. He made the car not only seem fantastic, but specifically fantastic for me. He stayed patient when we went over pricing and never seemed irritated, or pressured me during negotiations. He genuinely seemed to care that I left the dealership with a car I loved and a payment I was happy with.
