Robert in service is an expert in the customer experience. He listens to me, explains things well, tries to give me a fair deal when he can and works with my schedule. Although we are still trying to figure out what is wrong with this particular car, I will keep taking our three Audis there for service.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

I was returning at end of lease an Audi Q5, and was interested in leasing another one. The price increase plus interest on a lease for the Q5 was above my budget. I drove the Q3, not thinking that I would like it as much as the Q5. I was wrong. The Q3 is a smaller version on the Q5 with all of the comfort, performance and handling. Everything I liked about the larger car was there in the Q3. I drive the model with the larger engine and the power was apparent. This car has the German handling that I wanted, and the fit and finish is excellent. Going a little smaller was not a dealbreaker and I continue to be very satisfied with my new Q3.

I accidentally showed up a day early and they didn?t bat an eyelash. Took my car for its 40,000 mile checkup and while it took a little longer than it usually does, I am so grateful I didn?t have to drive over half an hour home and the back the next day. I was very comfortable doing work in their waiting area. They make it a pleasure.

Brian Lanning was the only sales manager to approach and ask if I had been helped yet after having walked the lot for well over 30 mins. He was good to deal with and helpful, making the process fairly easy while trading in a 2016 Ram 2500 for a new 2025 model.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

I give credit where due, and as a car enthusiast who has had my fair share of German machinery, Porsche Colorado Springs exceeded my expectations for a number of reasons. That last point is the second reason why Porsche Colorado Springs stands out, the world class facilities! If you’re a car enthusiast, you’ll be in car heaven geeking out over the Porsche racing memorabilia, the owner’s personal Singer 911, and the carefully curated pre-owned collection for sale. The 997 GT3 RS and Ferrari 512 Boxer stole my heart. Third, everyone Nancy introduced me to is also a major Porsche fan, which makes the dealer experience fun. They have a driving simulator room, Motorsports arm and a Porsche Classic center. As if that wasn’t enough differentiation, they are a nationally recognized Porsche Premier dealership. Overall, this is an excellent car. Given the all wheel drive and advanced suspension geometry the handling and responsiveness are among the best that I have driven; in light of its size and engine position in particular this is as surprising as it is welcome. The power train is more than adequate and works well with the car in all modes and conditions. My main complaint has to do with its nanny care overload, it is more than annoying and entirely inappropriate in such a vehicle. I own two other 2025 cars neither of which are so intrusive. All of this having been said, I do like the car and intend to keep it despite its frustrating "features".

I bought a 2014 Cayman S from Randy W at Porsche Colorado Springs. Randy was awesome to deal with, very knowledgeable and honest. He went way above and beyond in delivering the car to me, and the car was beautifully prepped.

I have owned multiple Audis and the RS 6 Avant is clearly the best of many great vehicles. The horsepower/acceleration is amazing, yet even in dynamic mode the wagon provides a comfortable ride. The dashboard is well designed and laid out--presenting a seamless appearance unlike some other vehicles which look like they have a tablet affixed to the dash. The seats are very comfortable and the cargo space of the wagon format is very generous. My one note of caution is the vehicle comes equipped with summer performance tires. I live in the snow belt and I immediately replace the OEM tires with all-season tires from the same OEM manufacturer--Continental. Those tires have served me very well. While the price of admission for this vehicle is not insignificant I find the vehicle worth the investment. I highly recommend the vehicle, especially given the changes I understand are coming in 2026 for the Avant.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I had Kaleb Lopez help me yesterday and he was absolutely amazing. We were in Colorado Springs for a funeral and needed a bigger car. He was more than accommodating to our schedule and helping us through the rough day. Very knowledgeable, personable, and worked hard to get us into a great car at a very good price. Beautiful styled Car inside and out! Great 4 cylinder gas milage with the performance of a true sports car! This makes it an Amazing value car to me!
