The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

I worked with Chaz Barron, he was great! I had recently tried to work with Kia on trading in my Telluride. They would not do anything! I’ve been missing my Infiniti and still get emails from them. Their basic model has so much more standard than Kia. These guys wanted to give me deal and sell a car. Everyone there was great. Now I remember why I had 2 Infinitis back to back. It was time to come home.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

My appointment on today was once again a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. Although a few technical issues existed with the computer systems on today, we must keep in mind the fact that sometimes technology will have its hiccups, and as customers that is beyond our control, but for Chris Marrero, despite the inconveniences such hiccups may have caused, he continued to push through with a smile on his face as he assisted me by continuing to provide great customer service. In the end, he explained things to me as it relates to my car while working closely with the technicians assigned to do the work, they were once again able to provide an uninterrupted and exemplary service. Yes, I will be returning soon to have the compressor placed on my car as I look forward to Chis Marrero assisting me with my car needs. Continue to shine Chris and THANK you!!

Double the price for the service being done to the vehicles.

The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Every visit the service is always exceptional. I feel confident when I leave that my car was serviced properly. I never had to return for the same problem. Its done right the first time. The guys here are truly exceptional. Thanks for great customer service which is rare these days.

Mike has helped me make an informed decision- as this is my first car purchase so I’ve had loads of questions. I am extremely thankful for his help. This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.
