Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Poor and deceitful. Gave me an impression of a car in good condition but later found out that what they said was not true. Vehicle had taillight issues, engine oil at 50% brake pads and rotos messed up transmission fluid was not changed either. Car vibrates during stops. I was told something could be worked out if any issues but that is not true. No one answers the phone nor reply to text messages. Both the finance manager and the salespersons lied to me and that's not good for a business. Now i am stock with an issue that could have been avoided in the first place had they told me the truth.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

On 8/23/25 After an exhausting search, we were blessed to be connected with Lloyd (Lincoln side) of Hennessy Ford Atlanta. We were looking for a specific used car I saw online (that we learned was located on the Ford side) but our GPS took us to the Lincoln side. The entire process from start to finish went smoothly and Lloyd made sure we felt valued every step of the way. I experienced a level of customer service with Hennessy Ford that is definitely lacking at other dealerships.(If you've ever been to Gwinnett Place Nissan you understand). Even though it was a used car and not their brand, Lloyd still thought it not robbery to call us to see how things were going with the vehicle. Now, that's service! Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

In the end, he explained things to me as it relates to my car while working closely with the technicians assigned to do the work, they were once again able to provide an uninterrupted and exemplary service. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

This dealership is the best one I’ve been too in all the 35 years for which I have been buying cars. Both Michael Thompson and Mohsen Toosi helped us reach our final decision and they covered tag and title cost. In other words, they processed our title transfer and license plate with no doc fees. Again, let me repeat, there were no documentation fee’s. This transaction was cheaper and less painful than buying from a private party. If you need a vehicle this is where I would go. I will be back when we upgrade our Mercedes Bluetec which we fondly call our “Memphis cruiser”. Backstory: Our son lives in Memphis and so we drive back and forth monthly or as often as he tolerates. 😊

A scientific marvel! At first it seemed so much larger and technologically intimidating than my previous gen S8 I felt dwarfed. However after a few days becoming acclimated we bonded. Whether driving, or being driven in one of the safest, most comfortable automobiles on the road you are completely insulated. I've owned/own numerous exotics and performance sedans. Overall a great SUV. You cannot beat the power, handling and comfort that this totally electric model offers. By far the best-driving and smoothest SUV I have ever owned or driven. Excellent refined styling, Q8 amenities including dash/entertainment system. Range on this model could be better. I’m averaging 160 - 180 miles on a charge (I only charge to 80% based on manufacturer’s recommendation). Also, like most electric vehicles, you do pay a premium.
