I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

The car is great looking, fast and comfortable. Recommend to anyone especially as an everyday driver. It turns heads wherever I go. Also get everyone wanting to look at.

I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!! 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Everyone was always very courteous and inviting. I’m now a regular customer and have purchased 3 cars from them. I’ve always dealt with TONY . He’s very professional and has guided me through several purchase. Their service department is second to none. I’ve been dealing with JAMES for almost 5 years now. I have his cell phone in the event of after hours issues. A while ago, I called him early evening on an issue with my car. It was strange that I didn’t hear from him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major. However, the next morning I got a call from him and he apologized for not getting back immediately. He said he was on vacation in Europe and just saw my missed call. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know they treat all service customers this way whether the car was purchased there or else. I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. While the car was being serviced, he kept me posted. I frequently call him on operational questions and he gladly responds. What a great team.

I have owned myAudi A5 premium plus 2.0T for over 9 years,I am the second owner. I have looked at newer ones and the S5 and the RS5 but have kept firm with the A5. My car is monsoon Gray with saddle interior. I have 51000 miles on it and I get about 25 mpg. The comfortable, quiet ride is only surpassed by the 8 speed at in sport mode as it effortlessly and flawlessly brings me to 70mph on the pa turnpike. Wow, still makes me smile after 9 years and smiles per mile is the most important thing for me now. When I get out of her I still have to take a moment to admire her lines and design. I have owned many cars, from many very competent manufactures but the Audi A6 to me is that 1 girl I will keep forever.

Saying I had absolutely outstanding customer service from Prime One Motorsports is a huge understatement- it was the BEST customer service I have ever experienced ! From the very first phone call asking about my future car it was an amazing experience. Bill - the representative of Prime One Motorsports, is very knowledgable, and he was willing to listen to me and then explain in great detail about the car he was offering. I was very particular about the color I wanted, but the way Bill described the car, I changed my mind and decided to purchase the car in a different color and I have never regretted it.  Because I was an out of state buyer, Bill arranged shipping ASAP and I received my car from Florida in California after 5 days, which I was happy about. I immediately tried to register my car at the DMV in CA, but for some reason they found some kind of issue which had nothing to do with Prime One Motorsports. I had no place to go to resolve this issue and I did not really understand what was going on, so I called Bill and his assistant Kerry (who is part of the team and takes care of all the paperwork). I thought for sure they would not be able to help me, but I was very surprised when they went way out of their way after the sale to work with me to solve the problem. Without their help there is no way I could have done it on my own. They put a lot of personal effort toward my issue with the CA DMV, using their contacts to get the additional letter which DMV was requiring. I can’t even describe how much I appreciate what they did for me, and it has touched me deeply. I can’t remember in my lifetime when I had the customer service experience like the Prime One Motorsports provided to me. It felt like they treated me as a member of their family and trust me, it is super hard to find people like them in these times, people who are willing to put in their personal time for a client after the sales transaction is done. This is our first Audi and we fell in love with the brand. Audis just drive better than other cars. This is a great handling car, and very comfortable for how low it sits. The only down side is how much parts and labor cost on these cars. $500 to replace a headlight bulb. Interior quality is far above most cars and the styling is so beautiful. Bottom line is that it costs to be cool. We have had very few issues with our Audi and will probably own another someday.

Which car is quite underpriced, gets to 60mph in 4.1 seconds, handles very well, and is quite luxurious? The Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG! But that's $200,000. There's something else I was thinking of that's cut price, and even cooler looking, and less show-offy. The Audi R8! Power might be limited for a very-high-performance / almost exotic two-door, but Audi's flagship sports car's competitors are at least $60,000 more. These include the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG, Mercedes-Benz CL63 AMG, Lamborghini Gallardo, and Ferrari F430. Let's get specific. (2009 prices) The R8 is $114,000. The SL65 AMG is $200,000. The CL63 AMG is $192,000. The Lamborghini Gallardo is $177,000. And yes, the Mercedes SL63 AMG is way less expensive than the SL65, though it's still pricier than the R8, and it gets to 60mph in 4.5, compared to the R8's 4.1. The car is very luxurious, with standard features including a voice-activated navigation system, heated and cooled leather steering wheel with radio, climate, and navigation system controls, remote start, seat and foot massage, and so much more. The Corvette ZR1 might be $6,000 less and get to 60mph in 0.7 seconds faster, but it's not nearly as nice as the R8. Looking performance, luxury, safety, and pricewise, you will not find a better sports car for $114,000.

My son was looking for a car we have traveled to look at three different cars at different dealers all were very disappointing. I spotted this car on the internet called about it was told it could be put on hold . I was told the car was in very good shape .The car meet all of our expectations when we got there . There was no hard pressure sales . They got us in and out in a very timely fashion. One of the best car buying experiences I have had. Stephen and Rob were great Consultants not car salesman. First let me start by saying I live just south of Knoxville TN and I was NOT driving 12+ hours to buy this car based on the previous reviews I had read. I said thanks, but no thanks. Thankfully Ash called me as one of the new managers and explained the wrongs of the previous ownership and the changes that had been made. I was very hesitant, but after much thought and personal and LIVE videos and photos sent to me of this car ON THE LOT, I made the trip. They detailed it, pulled it inside and kept the keys with them until I got there (with a small deposit on my part). Upon arrival the car was waiting on me, pulled inside under the lights with a big bow on the hood, and I was blown away!!! They were all so nice, gave me plenty of time to drive the car and managed to meet my every expectation. We actually had a great time, and I can't remember the last time I had this much fun buying a car and MAN DO I LOVE THIS INTEGRA TYPE S. I am so glad Ash called me and put my mind at ease and if you are wondering if they are different than their many past reviews, please believe me, trust them and make the trip. Ask for Ash and Anthony because they will do you right. Thanks guys, for making the trip worth every mile and also for the flawless delivery of my Type S. This car is a very functional screaming fast , nimble performer. It has plenty of room (considering its sports car size) and great visibility . The interior is a high end masterpiece with easy to use features and tech. Driving it brings a smile to my face whether I am off running errands or for a spirited drive on country roads. I have other cars but always chose the TT RS unless i Truely need lots of space Get one while you can!

I've on 2013 RS5 for 10 years. It is the best GT car I have owned. It is beautiful, comfortable and a very good driver in all road conditions. It is not a track car because of it's weight - but that is also why it feels so solid on the road. It's maintenance costs have been average for an $80k (in 2013) German Uber car. That means don't buy this thinking you are going to pay Toyota prices to maintain it. This is a car with a bespoke engine derived from a Lambo. It has a dual clutch gearbox that works incredibly well. Both will require maintenance over time. Regarding the BMW fanboys that posted earlier and complain about tires losing air - not sure they even owned one.

I don't write reviews, but I feel I had to for this one. Was a bit nervous and not sure how it was going to go, but Enrique and Andrew made it all seem like I was worrying for nothing lol. The whole experience was great, professional and the atmosphere was very laid back. Thank you guys for going above and beyond for me, will definitely recommend Ocean Cadillac to my friends and family. Took my dad for a ride and he loves my new car. The car it's all what you can dream about an R8 V10 5.2L. The worlds here are useless.. You need to try it to know what I;m talking about.
