It was well worth my 2 1/2 drive to get the exact car I was looking for from good people at Audi South Atlanta.

This car is the perfect vehicle for me. The fit and finish of the exterior and interior is perfect. The technology is amazing and makes it a joy to drive.

I had a great experience with them. They are straight forward people. I was in and out in 2hrs with my new ride. I don't know about other people reviews why they left bad review maybe expecting way too much. But I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I don't like buying a vehicle due normally to the overall experience, but today I bought a BMW X5 from Audi Atlanta. From start to finish my sales person Antonio was awesome. My husband was with me, but due to health reasons he was only able to do the test drive and then sit in our car until I completed the buying process. Antonio told Lee who handled my finance and contract what was going on with my husband and he handled the entire process so I could get in and out quickly. Went into dealership just to browse and was immediately greeted by the general manager and he immediately introduced use to a sales person. The sales process went smoothly and we ultimately bought a vehicle.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I have always dreaded buying a vehicle from a dealership because of the hours waiting—the back and forth to the manager’s office for approval of an offer, the slow, slow financing process, and then waiting some more for the vehicle to be retrieved and cleaned. But Jay McCallum made sure we didn’t have to experience all that, even with his busy schedule. He made the process efficient, organized and friendly! Beaver Toyota has it figured out and makes what little wait you have very comfortable.

I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.

We came all the way from Gwinnett, and are so glad we did! If you want a dealership that treats you with respect, is efficient and doesn't play games- this is where you need to look. I highly recommend you talk to Vince, especially if you are looking for a pre-owned Audi.

I saw a car online that caught my eye that was listed through Grand Motorcars. When I read the reviews I was reluctant to even take a look much less actually make a purchase. Well I stopped in and the car was great. A bit older than I wanted but in great shape with low mileage at a good price. Marcus was the salesperson and Ivory the sales manager. I was able to get the car for what KBB and online sources suggested I should. The only downside was once I had check in hand it took longer thant expected to complete the paperwork. The actual signing took 15-20 minutes but the wait was 1.5 hours, maybe it was a busy day. That's why I gave 4/5 stars. Most cars listed in their inventory are luxury/performance and priced at mid to high 5 figures, and above. I purchased one of the lowest priced vehicles but they didn't treat me as if I was cheap.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Exceptional ! The moment I walked in I felt welcomed . I was treated as a potential buyer and not a looker by Nuria , she had a clam informative approach while we test drove the vehicle. The follow ups & revisiting of the vehicle were more in depth on the technology I wasn’t familiar with . Which I really appreciated! There is financing available & extended warranty’s. I also met with Greg & Jake while I was closing the transaction. Each of them were very accommodating to my transportation needs and also the vehicle’s final “ out the door “ request I had . The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

Our experience at Mall of Georgia Mazda was from beginning to end a great success. Our salesman, Hykeem, was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right car. The sales manager was congenial and not high pressure and we felt very fair in agreeing to a deal. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful in answering all our questions… and not having bought a car in 14 years our questions were many! We also observed them dealing with other customers in a similar manner.

What a ride! Planted, balanced, premium feel and a standout design both inside and out. It’s sedate when you want it to be, yet a beast when you’re ready. I’ve owned BMW’s, Lexus’s, Infiniti’s, Lincolns...this is by far the most amazing car I’ve ever owned and driven. Can’t recommend it enough!

I went to Carmax on 4th of July. The place was not super packed, so that was great. We had a little 9th month old on tow, and were nervous that it would take us all day to shop. The only thing that took a lot of time was waiting for a sales man. Apparently, the new young guys at the front were more interested in flirting (yes flirting) with each other and playing around than realizing that we needed help or just plainly asking us if we were being helped. That really bothered me, as we wasted 30 mins just sitting dumb. The front desk girl was no help.. she was the one to tell us to sit and wait and then no where to be seen. Finally someone professional and extremely courteous walked by ... the service manager. He quickly apologized for our wait, and brought along Daniel Claudio. I am SOOOOOOOOOOOooooO thankful he did. Danny was professional, kind, humble, hard-working, and just all the way a pleasure to work with. He represented Carmax the way it should be. He took the details of what we were looking for and walked us around to cars that would fit our needs. The second car (nissan pathfinder) was a recommendation from him... and that was the car we bought. Danny if you're reading this... THANK YOU! I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.
