I was an out of state buyer interested in 3 cars on their lot. I called and got Calder as my sales contact. He was amazing at keeping in touch and guiding me through a week, till I could drive 4 1/2 hrs to see these cars. Once i got there my favorite car was saved for me to see. 10/26/2025. Had issue with 2023 AUDI Q7. I had engine light came on, constantly running radiator fan and a very low cooling temperature. Call on Thursday and make appointment for Friday morning. When I brought car to the service, it took 5 min to complete the registration. Russell helped me with this problem, gave me clear explanation of the different scenarios and expected time for the inspection and repair. Because it was short notice for the appointment, dealership didn't have loaner cars available, but Russell managed to have someone to give me ride home (I live in proximity). in less than an hour I had a phone call from him about the problem; there were the failed thermostat and the temperature sensor. They had both parts in stock. By 4pm same day my car was ready to pick up. They've done repairs, test drive, multi-point inspection, and complimentary wash. Work was done quickly and flawlessly. It was covered by the manufacturing warranty. Also, I had all the answers to my additional questions. I worked with Russell a few times on both of my cars and every time he is taking care of my cars and me in very friendly and professional manners, Also want to thank the Mechanics who work on my car to service and repair it. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

This car meets all my needs. It works great in the snow it heats up really fast and it cools down when it's summer time with the AC really quick

Will at Grayson always takes good care of me being a woman some of the other places you feel like they take advantage never felt this way with Will and staff treat me like family I love my car and I want to feel like the people working on it as well take good care of it

Sales was great. Other reviews state they did not reach out. This dealership was the most laid back I have been to. I am not sure why others want sales guys calling them back to back? I'd rather come somewhere like here. They gave me the keys and 30 mins to look over the car MYSELF without standing over my shoulder. These men DO IT RIGHT! Thank you fellas.

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

This is a perfect car for California, especially now in needing to get out to feel free. Nothing is better than driving the coast with the top down. This Quattro is in excellent condition driven by my wife who took great care of the care.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.
