Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Not only is it a great running car, it is comfortable and has so many amazing extras. The license is YOLO, You Only Live Once~might as well drive the best car out there.

Hernan was very responsive and highly professional. We connected on line, he even respond to a Sunday afternoon text- above and beyond my expectations. Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Timely and professional. Always courteous and makes you feel like family. The service was accomplished before it was promised. The facilities are very accommodating. The vehicle was washed and cleaned before picking it up.

Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

I was referred to Sauder Motors by coworker. I did not know they worked on RV's. I called late December and spoke to Dustin telling him about a leak in my fifthwheel toy hauler. He had asked me quite a few questions. He said they would be glad to help us. I dropped unit off early January on a Saturday and when I did their RV mechanic Rob was there. He came out asked what was going on and looked at unit with me. I knew from that moment this was the place I should have brought unit before. The leak was repaired and they helped me with getting the factory involved. I was in the loop the whole way through this repair. The price for the repair was less then I thought for what they got into. Dustin and Rob are absolutely great the facility is great. I hope to have my toy hauler for years to come and it is great knowing Sauder Motors is there for all my RV needs. I love the all wheel drive. Cameras are a plus. Heated and cooling seats are wonderful. I’m hooked. That’s the only car I will ever buy.

This month I just hit my 12-Year anniversary of owning my Brilliant Black 2010 S4. Buying it off the showroom floor (something I never do), I traded my 2002 BMW 530i and have never looked back. I snatched it up because, as the author describes, its sport seats are amazingly comfortable and supportive for rides of all lengths. The other reason was because this S4 had the 6-Speed Manual tranny and, as a old hot rodder, that feature spoke to my inner gearhead. I drove it to AZ when I relocated there months later, and the ride & comfort level were perfect! Handling was -- and still is -- like it rides on rails. As for the supercharger, it's simply a quiet BEAST. Nary a sound beyond only the faintest of a whine. And its 60/40 all-wheel drive provides an impressive launch off a light until that silent blower kicks in and brings a broad smile to this driver's face. I baby it more so now, but I still can't help but feel the thrill of taking this sleeper through its gears in quick fashion. It really never gets old. Twelve years on and 140,000 miles, and I have zero regrets. At 100,000 miles, it did require new front bushings (integrated within the control arms). However, I've yet to have to replace its well-made clutch... or the mufflers/exhaust... or the any major internal parts. And the supercharger has been totally maintenance-free. While the engine's rear main seal has finally begun to get a slight leak, only normal maintenance and new tires have had to be done. My original purchase price in 2010 was $51,000 with its only options being: > Full NAV Package > Leather Interior > 5-Tri-Spoke Aluminum Wheels At 12 years old, she looks less than half her age, with desert highway driving not doing any favors to the front-end's finish. But a fresh black paint job to the hood and front nose will resolve that. Passengers frequently comment how great its finish is, and they love that it has a stick shift. I've owned five BMWs (both 3- and 5-series) over the years, but my Audi S4 has probably been the best car purchase I ever made.

They went above and beyond and more than you’d ever expect from a used car dealer to make the Q7 we’d been looking for absolutely perfect and in tip-top condition. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.
