We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

Prepare to be surprised . Pleasantly surprised. Audi Cape Cod Has an extraordinary team of thoroughly trained and attentive professionals. From the “telephone voice” of the dealership, Cheyenne to the sales consultant Allen Parsons to the general manager Athony and the finance manager Laurie, you the customer are the first priority. There was no pressure fto purchase nor was there any pressure to buy up sell items or trim lines that were unnecessary. Instead, I was allowed to express what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. Allen introduced me to the s5 I expressed an interest in, thoroughly explained it’s operating system and features and then, let me take it for an extensive test drive. The test drive was with my son and I alone. We were able to spend time with the car and see if it really met our needs. There was no pressure to buy nor was there any sales hype. Anthony came in after I was fairly certain that I wanted to buy this particular S5. We spoke about my financial parameters and he and Laurie pulled a rabbit out of their respective hats. I was able to get this car with financial terms that made sense for me. They gave me a fair trade in allowance and the s5 price was very good. No haggling, no "let me speak with my manager". They gave their best shot right out of the box. I really appreciated that. Laurie also found an extraordinary interest rate for the car loan. In fact it was far better than I had already obtained on a prequalification from the lowest cost lender I found on my own. In short, Audi Cape COD respected me, listen to what I was saying and helped me to purchase the car I wanted under fair terms. They earned my business and t he opportunity for my future business. This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

Brought our 2018 Q5 in for service for a door lock sensor and a problem with filling our gas tank. We had purchased the car a couple months earlier. We were concerned that we had these problems so soon after purchase. The true colors of a dealership come out in times like these. To our delight, we were not only treated wonderfully, given a loaner, but all repairs were taken care of!!! Thank you to our salesperson, Allen Parsons, the general manager, and the great service department for the efforts on our behalf. We will be loyal customers forevermore!!!

I purchased my 2024 Audi Q8 E tron about 6 months ago. I wanted to get into an electric car and with the new Q8 update the time was right. When I purchased the car the demand for EV’s was still very high. Audi has some more incentives now that consumers can take advantage of. The SUV is a beautiful luxury vehicle that I highly recommend. I purchased the Prestige package which has everything including massaging seats, color changing interior LED lighting and some other lighting on the exterior. These SUV’s are not cheap but I did not want to regret Geary options so I chose the Prestige trim. The ride, attention to detail and style of this suv is amazing. I get compliments all the time. This is my first EV so I had to learn that you typically should keep the car charged between 20-80%. Keep this in mind when shopping for your EV. The EPA range listed for the Q8 Etron is around 290 miles on a full charge. My driving is a mix of city and highway and there is no way I could ever get anywhere close to that. On a full charge my range is about 240 miles. Now I will say if you drive exclusively in the city you will get better mileage as the car regenerates power with frequent braking. If you drive on highway above 70 mph you will see your mileage drop. So in conclusion I love this suv and it is beautifully put together but I would not recommend if you have to make long trips. We have a ICE car so we can use that for long trips.

I worked with Alan parsons and bough a used Audi Q5. The process went so smoothly. Alan was not pushy at all. He took care of every little thing I asked him to do with the car and made the inside of the 2013 look like new! They were also very careful about covid. They had extra gloves and masks in a basket readily available. Really happy with this dealership!

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.
