I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Roomy, state of the art touch screen, cool safety features Audi was our first stop in looking for a new vehicle. It ended up being our only stop. Very happy with my experience snd would highly recommend.

Peter was the first person who helped me and was very helpful, when I had a family emergency he held my Mustang till I could get in to see it. Kern was the individual who I saw when I was able to see the car. He was very helpful and got me quickly through the process. The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.

I drove Mustangs for many years, and was reluctant to switch over to the Audi, but I have never regretted it. The car is comfortable, quiet, and elegant. I am happy whenever I drive it. And the upkeep has been surprisingly reasonable. It is a wonderful car and I plan to buy Audi convertibles from now on.

The car is a driving dream. Just two interior negatives for me: a very small trunk for even two medium suitcases and a cup holder design that sucks - under front dash so a tall glass/mug won’t fit. Even if it did, it’s blocking the. heating/air control. Please improve those by 2022 when I lease the next!

I had amazing Fast Pace experience even though it took me 3 days to get my car due to My inability to provide the documents they needed.however going on the lot getting pre-approved over the phone walking in and walking out with my vehicle was the easiest process I've ever faced. The goods: Perfectly blends performance and comfort. Easily gets ~40 mpg during the summer time on highway drives without sacrificing any power (2.0T Premium Plus Quattro) . DSG is pretty fun when driven aggresively. Tech still feels fresh for a 2017. B&O sound is stellar. Very reliable despite the VW/Audi reputation in the past. This is the ultimate daily sleeper in my opinion. The not so good: DSG shifts quite harshly on low speed or during bitter cold months when the car is not warm enough. DSG maintenance is also quite costly and has to be done every 40k miles. Other nitpicky items: Audi non-sport seats have pretty short thigh support, so get the sport package with the thigh extenders, they are totally worth it. The need to use infotainment screen to put wiper in service position and check oil level (yup, no dipsticks) is unnecesary. Brake pad wear sensors are annoying when they go off. Major service reminder reset needs to be done at dealership, so it can be a little pricey. Overall, I think this is one of the best cars I've ever owned. I usually like to get the top trims, but Premium Plus (mid trim) is the way to go and has a lot more equipment than you'll need. The nickpicky items I think are common in modern cars, so not really a deal breaker.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

I had a service appointment and dropped off my Jaguar that morning and needed a ride to work so an awesome service rep name Clyde assisted me with a shuttle ride. The shuttle driver’s name was Nygil and he made my commute very comfortable and also educated me along the way about the Range Rover we were riding in. I was dreading dropping off my car to be left without throughout the day however meeting those 2 people that morning....brightened my day!

The Audi SQ5 is a smooth fast car. It ran flawless for me for 4 years, bought used in 2016 and am just selling it now. The only thing it doesn't have alot of is console room for phone etc but that is very minor, love the big sunroof and the sport shift.

The car meets my needs for the next few years. I’m happy with the handling and the gas mileage so far. I’m satisfied with all the features and the car is comfortable and easy to drive.

I worked with Chaz Barron, he was great! I had recently tried to work with Kia on trading in my Telluride. They would not do anything! I’ve been missing my Infiniti and still get emails from them. Their basic model has so much more standard than Kia. These guys wanted to give me deal and sell a car. Everyone there was great. Now I remember why I had 2 Infinitis back to back. It was time to come home.

I live in a coastal town south of LA and my etron is like a luxurious golf cart I can drive all electric most days. When i have the occasional longer drive the etron works for that and still gets about 42mpg. I am average 85mpg across both driving types. Interior quality is excellent and very comfortable. High quality fit and finish. It's a beautiful little machine you can buy for 25K with low mileage in like new condition as of 2021. Seems like a good deal. I am concerned about battery degradation, but there is a 10 year warranty on electric components including the battery. Despite the small size, you can still fit a large santa cruz mountain bike in the back with the front wheel removed.

Both Michael Thompson and Mohsen Toosi helped us reach our final decision and they covered tag and title cost. In other words, they processed our title transfer and license plate with no doc fees. Again, let me repeat, there were no documentation fee’s. This transaction was cheaper and less painful than buying from a private party. If you need a vehicle this is where I would go. I will be back when we upgrade our Mercedes Bluetec which we fondly call our “Memphis cruiser”. Backstory: Our son lives in Memphis and so we drive back and forth monthly or as often as he tolerates. 😊

This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

In the end, he explained things to me as it relates to my car while working closely with the technicians assigned to do the work, they were once again able to provide an uninterrupted and exemplary service.
