My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

I sold a car to these guys and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They made me an offer through KBB, when I arrived at the dealership, they actually raised the offer a little. Everyone was very professional and the entire process was quick and easy. I will definately be calling Northshores when I am ready to make my next purchase. They have some amazing cars in their showroom and on the lot.

I originally bought the Car Max warranty when I made my purchase 3 years ago. The $250 deductible was hard to swallow but it was there when I needed it. Thank you Zach for great customer care. He stood behind the warranty and gave us a loaner while our car was serviced.

I love driving my wife's SQ5, we test drove the non S. All Q5 have a very comfortable ride, sharp handling and great acceleration. I have 23 dodge charger r/t daytona and I'm very impressed my wife's q5.

2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

I love my Tucson. I've had no bad experiences with Tootie the Tucson. Minor problems are repaired as soon as the problems are presented. I take my breakfast to the service center and settle down until my car is ready. I seldom wait long.

Over all great experience (again) this was the 3rd or 4th car purchased with them and we will be using them when we decide to trade ours in. Absolutely loved working with Lamar. He listens and gets you what you want and doesn’t try to put you in something you don’t like and will try everything possible to keep you in your budget and price range. Went from a 2018 S5 to the 2018 RS5 because I loved the styling and wanted the additional power. The interior of these cars is absolutely fantastic. The MMI system is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Android Auto works very well, and I'm actually really happy that there is no touch screen interface to have to deal with. Seats are very comfortable and controls are easy to find and intuitive. Power is plentiful and immediately available. This car is a ton of fun to drive around. I have seen complaints about the exhaust note; I can understand where that comes from. Even in the most aggressive setting, the sound the car makes is pretty subdued compared to some other cars in this range. It's perfect for me, but some people may want a bit more. In comfort mode the ride can be a bit bouncey where dynamic mode is very rigid and perhaps best kept to track day usage. Comfort mode is just fine for me, but I do think the ride in my S5 was a bit better for day-to-day use. Minor tradeoff, but perhaps worth mentioning. All in all I am extremely happy with this car. It's fun, gorgeous, comfortable, and packed with a ton of tech that works very well.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.

I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo.
