He never rushed me and completely followed safety procedures, while letting me test drive a few cars. Other dealerships were too busy or wanted too much information before letting me test drive. I was so exhausted from trying to guess which car dealer would let me actually see a car! Anthony's top notch service and intelligence made it a clear choice. Unbelievable performance. I purchased used with 16k miles for about 1/2 original sticker price. I had a 2003 RS6 and it had been an excellent automobile with great reliability, thus when I began contemplating replacement, I wanted another RS model. It is everything I had hoped for and the raw power of this car is just incredible (I own a Ford GT and a few classic muscle cars, this car is FAST!). I just sold a 2016 Hellcat to purchase this car; the Hellcat is fun but not practical. I am not missing anything about the Hellcat as the acceleration of the RS IS INCREDIBLE. Highly recommended. Only negatives are the fact that it is a four-seater and the steering feedback can be a little vague at times unless you are in the highest performance mode (dynamic). Very happy with this car and it is a steal if you can find a low mile well cared for pre-owned. It is very hard to tell the difference between my 2014 and a 2018 as there has not been a style change in recent years.

I can’t say enough good things about buying a vehicle from this dealership. The sales people were all tied up, so I dealt directly with Leo and Frank who are managers. They were wonderful about everything and knew the history of the pre-owned vechile that I purchased. They have this supreme coffee machine which was confusing to work but the best coffee I ever had. And the little time that I had to wait, their facilities were so nice and clean that it made it enjoyable. Thank you again and I love my Q5!

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Excellent customer service. I was welcomed and greeted immediately upon arrival and happily assisted. All the staff members took their time explaining the process. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole ordeal.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Had been car shopping for what seemed forever and I came across a vehicle on one of the car websites that was located at Highline. I am a bit skeptical when going to used car lots because what you see (online) is not generally what you get (on lot). From the minute we drove into their yard, I was in awe. Ali greeted us as we got there and I told him what we were there to see and he made sure it was brought around immediately. The car was immaculate! Everything it looked like online was how it was, only better, in person. After the test drive, inside we were also helped by Danish while Ali finished up with another customer. These two gentlemen were top notch! All in all, from start to finish I think was about 2 hours. Pricing was fair and the deal was wrapped up. On the drive home (30 mins away) the car handled perfectly. All in all, this was one of the BEST transactions I have ever gone through with a car purchase. I would definitely recommend them - not only are they great to deal with, they have a HUGE inventory of quality cars and trucks (Ford, Dodge, Mercedes, Bentley, Honda, Tesla, to name a few) in every price range. Go see them!!

I arrived at Audi Devon to have a rear tail light and bulb replaced. When I arrived my schedule was checked and accepted with no problem. On the way to the waiting area I saw Johnnie who is one of the managers. He told me to have a seat and he would be right with me. As I sat in the waiting area I noticed how professional/respectful/considerate the managers were with each customer which allowed me to enjoy the coffee I had made while waiting. When you are sitting in the waiting room it's like enjoying a friendly home environment. When you leave Audi Devon after each service every question/decision/appointments/recommendations have been discussed and resolved and reviewed. Make sure you check which engine you have in this car. There was a lawsuit about the piston rings being bad. To have another engine put in is 7.4k to 8.5k.

So spacious. This is the only car I have ever owned that has allowed the option for THAT MUCH driver leg room. It feels a bit heavy around turns compared to my civic si coupe (as it should) but the Quattro really makes you feel super planted around all turns. Snow? Lol... unless we’re talking a three foot depth this car has no issues. Turbo charger... uhhh yeah! Love it (even as an adult) with the 7 speed dual clutch trans its not hard to keep this car outside of the boost range and receive rediculous fuel consumption ratios but if you want... take it to 3000 rpm or greater and you will feel that rush from the boost. What a fun and practical car. I think I’ll buy another! :)

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.
