Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Bought a car recently from Audi St. Paul, and had a great experience. The showroom is gorgeous, as are the cars. Dealing with Andrew was a pleasure, very knowledgeable, respectful, and honest. We appreciated no pressure atmosphere. Tony was great at explaining the most boring part of the purchase process (finances, warranties and other documents).

Great place to purchase a European import vehicle. Very clean and orderly, friendly staff, and a nice inventory. The place is very different from your standard automotive dealership. Even if you're not ready to purchase, I highly recommend just stopping by and browsing their inventory of eye-catching European cars.

I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

When I walked into the Mazda dealership doors, I was greeted by Jacob Carlson. I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle with no miles. He talked to me about my options. I chose having a Mazda cx-30 being shipped in. He approximately told me about three months and it was! The whole buying process was easy for me. I’m only 19 and didn’t have much to know about a new purchase on a vehicle, but Jacob took the time to explain things to me. When the vehicle arrived, I met up again with Jacob and it took no more than 30 mins to get me out the door with my new car. I appreciate the help from you and the dealership. Great communication throughout the process, worked with me to secure financing, and had suggestions for cross-country vehicle shipping, and took photos prior to shipping so I could verify condition upon delivery. Vehicle arrived in excellent condition, as pictured and described on the site, and clean inside and out. I would buy from them again without hesitation.

I just bought a 540i from Josh Smith. Josh is a class act, a wealth of knowledge and a relationship builder vs. pushy sales person. Five stars for Josh. Working with Lea in the F&I office left a lot to be desired which is why I’m leaving four stars. She is standoffish, rude and not a pleasant person to work with. I was within a minute of pulling the plug on the deal and went to Motorwerks from dealing with her. I had to swing by the service department today to top off the coolant. Was in and out in five minutes.

Our car was delivered to our home and the delivery technician demonstrated elements of the operating system to us. He also programmed the garage door openers in the car. 2021 a5 PREM Plus; B&O 7th audi I've owned & they just keep getting better. Not a fan of the tap every time screen I want to do something feature which is fairly new. This one could be a keeper! The stereo is very high quality & handling rocks, quick & nimble. Sport suspension is a personal choice, always order it. Stiffer but smooth. Car is quite. Sport seats heated, heated mirrors, heated steering wheel. Need I say more?

Sales person Tommy was great made you feel welcome and let you decide no pressure. Also salesperson that went with us driving was knowledgeable and helpful. Financing easy.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.
