I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

The sales associate was very polite, knew her information regarding the vehicle I wanted to purchase and worked with me to accommodate my schedule which had to be changed a couple of times.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I looked and looked went to 4 dealerships, and stayed in my backyard in Manteca. I went to Manteca Ford 1st, I was ready to buy BUT you know now it is. You just have to look to see if your getting a fair deal. I wasted 2 days then went back and purchased my truck at Manteca Ford. One thing I did get a little bit cheaper price at another dealer. BUT I did not like the hassle and the way I was treated. I just didn't want to give them my hard earned money. Yes I recommend Manteca Ford

Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

My experience overall is a 4 because our salesman dismissed my concern about the sunroof not working. I had been there quite a bit waiting to hear about the final price etc but as I was taking out things from my trade in, I told Shsms several times I didn’t like sunroofs in general and it acts like an overhead heater during our hot days and it didn’t work. He assured me it would eventually close. I felt like Shams was eager for me to leave and felt rushed. I think he was trying to make up for the rather long time it took to buy the car. He is new, very polite with high energy and I think over time his customers will really like him. I like him and would buy again because he listened to me when I brought the car back . The sunroof needs a new part to operate correctly. I suggested that he slow down and really listen to customer questions and comments and to not rush them when they are checking out last details before leaving.

Needed something large enough to haul grandkids but still sporty and fun to drive. THIS is it! The Q5 meets all expectations with luxury included.

Not only is it a great running car, it is comfortable and has so many amazing extras. The license is YOLO, You Only Live Once~might as well drive the best car out there.

Test drove this car while looking to buy a new car. It had a great luxurious feel to it when you walk in, and it came with a decent power boost. Quattro felt amazing when speeding up, passing cars and around corners. Never felt that i might loose control, even at high speed. Having the navigation/media display in the control unit (with the added technology package) is i think a must and a wonderful feature to have. Also, even though this is an automatic, i had a great response time when stepping on the gas and power on the road. If this car came in a manual, I would have purchased this car. But unfortunately in the USA this only comes with automatic.

The car I purchased exceeded my expectations, the interior is spectacular and the lights are amazing. Spencer does a very good job at the front and has always been a big help, 10/10 would recommend.

I feel as if when I purchase I am getting quality at a fair price . I don’t like being bugged when I’m on a lot looking for that special vehicle . You can walk around and there isn’t any pressure to buy . The vehicles are taken care of , clean, feel and look new . I honestly feel like I bought a brand new vehicle . I did my home work on my new sienna and compared to other dealerships I saved a lot of money . Sure I could go to the brand name dealership however as soon as I step on their lot I’m approached . I can’t just look around without being followed and talked to . Let’s face it the sales people are making a living selling because they have to . The used vehicle section quality wise and looks which is very important to me lacks in care . I compared models . The name brand dealer the vehicles have many flaws . Roberts takes pride in making sure your vehicle looks the way you would want it to and they go through each vehicle to make sure it is taken care of and looks amazing . If you do not like some thing like a scratch etc .. Roberts auto sales fixes it with a professional job. Name brand what you see is what you get . So I feel like we saved a lot of money after comparing the quality of our vehicle . I could not imagine going anywhere else . Junior and Fernando are both really nice guys who work at Roberts . They are good with getting back with you with answers you may want . They make sure you are satisfied with your purchase . I do not think I could walk in to Toyota and say hey can I have five days to decide if I want to keep my new car ?? Their answer would be no ! I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

This is my 3rd Q5, my first "E" love it but living in Phoenix, having such a big area to drive not happy with 35 mile range they need to up the range.

My overall opinion on CarMax was that I was very satisfied. I definitely never had such an easy and simple car buying experience.i would Recommend CarMax to anyone and everyone

This has been a solid vehicle all around. The tech has been responsive with little to no lag for infotainment which can be a big deal with other manufacturers. All the safety features work great with no malfunctions. Long trips I average around 35mpg on premium but it’s not very comfortable after a few hours. Road and wind noise is about what you’d expect from a Subaru but the interior doesn’t rattle the slightest even on rough roads. Haven’t had any real issues arise after 10,000 miles. It’s currently at 28,000 miles and I’ve only done simple maintenance items and a set of tires. I do want to bring up the capability of this car in the snow because its the best I’ve ever experienced. After owning multiple 4Motion VW’s this is all around better for traction in several inches of fresh snow and light ice. Gives you a ton of confidence because this car will make it through a rough storm or two. It’s been a great commuter for the wife and a fun car for me with spirited driving on tracks for the price you pay.

Such a gorgeous vehicle, inside and out. Haven’t had a single issue with it for over a year of having it used. Inside of the vehicle is super roomy, and driving feels very comfortable, and really we’ll insulated!
